I ordered and paid for the goods to be delivered to my home address on Friday 15th August . It wast delivered. I had to go to the distribution depot in Birmingham to collect the shelter myself. Very disappointed with the service

A Perfect Birthday Bench
The bench itself is of very good quality. We easily put it together and have spent many a happy hour sipping our coffee whilst seated

Good price, lovely product and fast delivery. If I was being picky, the tracking app told us it would be delivered on a Thursday, despite being told there would be a phonecall first. The call came on the Thursday, and we scheduled in the delivery for the Monday, as I'd cancelled things on the Thursday just in case. One more thing from a practical point of view, The option to have a delivery to the point of installation would be great for heavier products, even if it costs more, as 75kg to kerbsideis a challenge for most people.

This the third time i have purchased…
This the third time i have purchased from NBB outdoors, and was just amazed at the brilliant service.
Ordered captains bench on friday and it was delivered to me here in norfolk on tuesday.
The first two I brought 4 years ago and are still in excellent condition, left outside all year round.
