AWFUL!!!! Ordered a swimsuit and never received it...wrote customer service multiple times with no response....THIEVES!!!!!!!

The worst company ever. They will steal your money. Their product never ever looks like the picture. It’s a scam and PayPal will side with them. There is no protection at all. Thieves stole $52.00 from me, will not refund my money, even after I sent back their god awful dress, Stay Away!! If I could give no stars I would.

I’m trying to do my best to warn people about this company. DO NOT order from them. I ordered the family pj’s back in November and to this day ( February) I have never received them. I messaged them and they said they were on the way a month ago, still nothing, yet they took my $54.00. My credit card has now taken over to get a refund.

I purchased pajamas for my family. With the product receiving date showing before Christmas arrival. No tracking information for over 10 days, emailed the company, no word, emailed through paypal and was told that they don't send product out from anywhere from 7 to 10 days. Still I was yet to be provided a tracking number. So I cancelled my order and got an email saying my order was cancelled, that I will be refunded with an invoice showing that they are crediting me back my money. But have yet to see it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I purchased onesies from this page and made over a 300 dollar purchase from them(21 onesie pajamas). When receiving the product the torsos were extremely extremely short and gave everyone wearing the matching pajamas a awful front wedgie(they were adult pajama onesies). I’ve been trying to receive a refund from the company for weeks now and strongly discourage anyone that wants to purchase something from this company to not do so. Not only do they not cover shipping costs and the companies based in China but they refrain from responding and still haven’t refunded me after I covered the return shipping cost and they received my return. If I could rate this company with negative stars I would- if you are checking online to see if this companies legitimate or provides high quality gear I strongly discourage from making a purchase from them.

Ordered 10 days ago several items showing in stock. Sent an email because no customer service phone number. Responded with a tracking number. Says USPS awaiting package. Terrible service. Would not recommend at all. Seems like a scam.

Love this skirt! Warm and great quality. I’m 5’5, 130lbs and the small fit just right. Falls a bit above my ankles. I received several compliments and will be purchasing more colors. Thanks!
