Great Company to deal with.
Before placing an order I needed to get some additional information. Mailed Customer Services and got a response with the answer to my query (re stock availability), with a recommendation for an alternative, within 20 minutes.
Placed order on a Sunday evening but forgot to remove underbed drawers which I was deliberating about. Mailed them again asking if they could amend the order. I had a reply again within 20 minutes with confirmation that the order had been amended and a refund was being processed. The refund came through less then 5 minutes later. If that had been a week day during business hours I would have been impressed, for a Sunday evening absolutely amazing.
The actual bed base itself is great quality. Delivered today, as requested. Very well packed so highly unlikely to be damaged in transit. Very straight forward to assemble, took approx 30 to 35 minutes single handed. appears to be very sturdy and looks great.
The ratchet tool supplied for assembly is a nice little extra, makes things a lot easier then the usual allen key. Only small niggle is the cross head screwdriver bit is unfortunately too big for the screws supplied for the slats, but who doesn't have a selection of cross head bits for their electric screwdriver/drill which you will want to use to screw in the 64 screws that attach the slats to the frame.

Solid experience from start to finish. The delivery was very easy and the delivery man was very nice. Easy to put the bed together. Very sturdy and looks like good quality.
Order directly from the company rather than Amazon to give the company 100% of profit!

After days of looking through websites for a new bedframe ,I happened on Nodax site and knew straight away with a sense of relief that I had found what I was looking for , something a bit different no more bland Chinese divans or beds made of chopsticks, made in UK this was what I wanted and the prices were very fair, all in all I'm still very happy with my purchase.

Excellent quality and customer service.
The bed arrived very quickly and was very easy to put together. I managed to thread a couple of bolts and called Nodax at 4pm - replacements arrived the next morning!
The bed is very solid and looks great. Excellent value for money.

Absolutely perfect bed! I shopped around for while and then discovered Nodax online. The whole process was excellent. I can honestly say it’s the best customer service I have ever received. The staff were so kind and I was given regular updates with great communication. My bed was made to order.

Ordered a bed a year or so ago and was very pleased with the service and quality of the bed. So when it was time to order a new bed for our daughter we went back to Nodax. Bed arrived next day just like before and we're very pleased with the look and quality! Daughter loves it!! Was very easy to put together and quicker than the last bed we bought previously, as they now use a rachet tool instead of the allen key. I'm quite impressed with the rachet, as there's many jobs I can use it for. Whereas the allen key would have gone in the bin just like the last one after using it once to build the bed.
