I found this company on TikTok live, I ordered a few times, they had really great value for money beauty items and fun Beauty dashes, the only downside being delivery taking a couple of weeks with no tracking or updates. However my last experience was the worst.
This is my second attempt adding on, first was removed and the re- added, Just to clarify the last order was not resolved, after a string of emails with no resolution, I then had to to chargeback from bank.

I Ordered on the 16th April which was Wednesday before the bank holiday. Had to email them last week to be told it was ready to be collected on the 24th April by there courier. I understand theres been a bank holiday in that time and things can be delayed but over a week to pack an order and send an order. Which i have no tracking information 14 days later so have no idea where my order even is. I ordered from the site while there was a TikTok live happening the TT live orders where being packed and being sent off that day. So the site orders dont get priority it seems. Nod beauty does some lovely things at great prices but the service is slow delivery shouldn’t take over two
Weeks to get to a customer and then to have no tracking information is insane to me.

Never recived item despite it showing as in stock on the website, customer service friendly but advised item would be in stock next week every time I contacted them, didn’t receive refund when customer service said that had refunded me and did not receive a reply when I queried it, in the end had to open a dispute with my bank as I was tired of waiting to no avail, sadly would not recommend

Reply from business states I have only waited 2 days for a refund and I have waited 7 days (not all working days, around 4 working days) I’ve never had a refund take longer than this with my bank, at no point did the company try and keep me informed- I had to chase everytime.

Stunning box over the moon as always just take a look at the amazing brands you do not get this else where for these prices !! I got lime crime, sweet chef, sundae, silver cloud, revolution,too faced, huda and 3 other brands!!
There’s not one brand that’s the same or one item I wouldn’t use or couldn’t gift if was for a present
The value for money is like no other you need to not think twice I promise you will save yourself so much money and not be disappointed

I wish I could put a photo of what I received. Yet again, Nod you have given me an amazing mystery box. From Charlotte Tillbury’s lip trio to a Sundae watermelon body whip. Also huda beauty lip stick , Revolution shadow palette & Super Dewy blush and a Paradox hair mask!! Thank again. 🤩⭐️

Wow wow wow!! The lucky bags! I've found my two new favourite products with these lucky bags! The zit zap wand and the revolution pick me up under eye masks!!? 👌👌 Perfect! The lucky bags are a good way to try new products!

I recently purchased the Mystery Beauty Box from Nodbeauty. The ordering process was great and the team were very helpful and accommodating. I was really pleased with the amount of products and the variation of brands that were included.

Ordered from the TikTok shop and have to say speedy delivery and I absolutely love my order.in the process of adding to my basket to do another order ❤️ 5 stars all round from me ❤️❤️❤️

Sat here writing this review with the Paradox hair mask on which I got in one of my £12.50 mystery boxes (it's worth more than that alone). I've purchased many times and I'm never let down, I love that I can try new things and a fraction of the price. Would highly recommend x

I cannot recommend Nodbeauty enough! The products are absolutely amazing, very fair priced and the beauty boxes are so worth the money. Lots of brands available at the fraction of their rrp! Not to mention Nod and Nic are the best duo and are so lovely and supportive to absolutely everyone. I love receiving my deliveries from them which, might I add, are always quickly dispatched and are always packaged nicely with no problems at all. I always look forward to opening them. Thank you ladies for always cheering me up and will continue to support your small, but mighty, business 🤍

Ordered a beauty dash for under £40 as there was a discount code and the products inside were incredible RRP over £120. And highly recommend the mystery boxes as well, specially if you order a medium or large you get to choose a star product and they are incredible choices. I would highly recommend nod beauty. I’ve been using them for four years now and each time they are incredible.

Ordered truly products on the website came very quickly and very satisfied with the price and products didn’t know this website existed and good prices

I hate having to do this but I’m honestly just so frustrated. I’ve ordered from you many times and almost every time I’ve had an issue resulting in either not receiving my orders or having them arrive two months late with missing items. Each time I have been given different excuses as to why they’ve not arrived - mainly courier issues. However, tracking back before Nod Beauty, when you were Nod Box, it seemed a lot of people had issues then too, so IF it is courier issues, surely you would have sorted it after many years and complaints.

I’ve contacted you near enough daily but yet I’ve received poor customer service in regard to the lack of ownership, lack of apologies, and just general lack of care.

Had this have been the first time this had happened I’ve had let it slide, however this has happened so many times now that I’ve given up trying any more to get this resolved, hence requesting a charge back (for the second time) from my bank.

I’m sure you will try and remove this review and flag it for fraud (again) - which I know is manual because both me and my partner work in marketing and handle trustpilot daily - just accept the negative reviews and act on them - it’s really not that hard. I’ve seen I’m not the first person to bring this up too. Especially when your fake accounts add two positive reviews each time you get a negative one.

I got 3 of the shopping dash, communication was spot on, lovely small owned company. She picked out some gorgeous products, it came beautifully packaged. It took a little longer to get it, but that’s due to small company, but trust me, it’s worth the wait. Really happy with my purchases. If you download shop, you can actually track the packages through that. Definitely recommend!!
