This is a scam site. I don't recommend using it! I topped up my account with 200 $ because they promised me a discount for a larger amount. After I paid, the manager disappeared, so I had to find another contact. The next manager said there were no discounts. I created a list of 50 proxies, and absolutely all of them were marked as spam, so my accounts were blocked. After contacting support asking for a refund or to provide normal proxies, I received a rude response from the manager, who blocked me. After that, the money disappeared from my balance.
