HDBASET Matrix

After purchasing many HDBASET Matrix units the owner and principal tech of this company stopped returning my calls. I now have a 16 X 32 HDBASET Matrix that is locked in System Initializing state and now way to recover it. The unit does not have a factory reset pinhole and can only be recovered through serial or web UI. I have since found other matrix companies that are considerably less expensive than NoHassleAV matrixes. Think twice before you buy anything from Alex Ly and NoHassleAV!
