Beautiful bag. I love it so much. The color is so cute and the design is very nice too. I couldn’t pick between the green and white but now I think I’m gonna get the white one too.

The shipping was outstanding. From the minute my order was shipped, I could track it until its delivery. And most importantly, I love the bags. Seeing them in person is as beautiful as it is on your screen. It’s my first order from them, and I love the uniqueness yet the detail of their bags so much that I ordered two pairs (Black Friday sales helped). It stands out among other brands; it’s different and eye-catching. The colors are also all seasons. This is the bag you pull up carrying when you want to stand out; looks classy and yet very unique because you will stand out, and people will notice the details! A great purchase!

Extremely disappointed at the customer service and poor communication provided by this brand. I ordered and paid for the item on 12/09/22. I understood international shipping might take up to 10 days as stated on their website. However, this has not been my experience. The item still has not arrived! When I was tracking my order it said it should have been delivered by 20/09/22 and I am frustrated that they have not gotten back to me after I emailed them. Instead they have sent me numerous emails asking me to review their business! I don’t event have the product! I have had to contact UPS and found out it had been sitting somewhere as the address and instructions needed to be updated. I am still waiting on the package to arrive (it says it should arrive by 28/9/22) which is today and it still hasn’t arrived. I will end up returning it if it doesn’t come by Friday as I need it for an event this weekend. So disappointed by the poor customer service and lack of communication. I will not be purchasing from this brand in the future despite it being sustainable and fashionable.

I bought an Alice-olive green from them. It wouldn't close and stuff kept falling out of it. I tried returning it but they don't have a return link on there website. I emailed them and they responded with asking me about the problem i had with the bag. By that time it had been 8-9 days since delivery and they said there return window is 7 days and they wouldn't accept the return anymore.
They as pretty bags but not practical at all. Return policy is useless.

I looked for a small hand bag quite a long time, the Patti is surprisingly good, it is soft and light, the color is stunning and easy to match! The interior fabric is nice. Love it !

I love it so much! The bag is incredibly good! The vegan leather is extremely soft and it looks so classy! it's time to make a change while we purchase our fashion items online, I definitely will continue to choose those made of vegan, recycled materials, or they support any type of fair trade.

the bag came in a very nice packaging, sturdy box with fine recycled paper, similar quality to what i got from other luxury brands like gucci and prada.

the bag itself is very good in quality, leather is buttery soft, and i like the brand is using eco-conscious material.
