I ordered a black purse and loved it; however, I started to have issues with one of the zippers catching on the fabric inside. I emailed their support team, and they immediately sent me a replacement. The new purse is perfect, and I'm really happy with their fast and friendly service. Highly recommend!

I love my bag and also had the best experience with customer service. I emailed them when I received my bag in the wrong color and to my surprise they responded immediately. They sent me the correct color and they told me to keep the first bag which I was ready to mail back.
Total Scam Not Legitimate
This is not a respectable store. The purses I received are cheaply made…mismatched hardware, cheap zipper, faux leather. Definitely a knock off! Customer service is deplorable and returns impossible. When asked for return authorization for unused purses within their 30day window per their stated policy, I was informed that the NY location was not operable and I would have to pay for international shipping. Clearly a ploy to force me to keep the bags because shipping fees would be almost the paid amount. DO NOT purchase their purses. You’ll definitely regret it.
The handbag came well packaged
The handbag came well packaged. It was in a plastic bag and cloth bag to finish. The quality of the handbag was excellent.
Avoid at all cost.
The main complaint is the appalling customer service, more later. However I doubt the bag is leather. After just a few weeks the strap is wearing and it’s fabric coated with plastic to look like leather. The strap broke, the fastener is plastic coated with gilt, cheap! They have tried every which way to avoid replacing the bag. Mainly by just ignoring the many emails I sent. Still waiting after four weeks. My invoice was for one price, my credit card was charged a higher price. Not much but different. Have they addressed this? No they haven’t. I have asked them numerous times to explain but I am just ignored. My biggest complaint is that they sent me two more bags, and charged me obviously, that I did not order. They haven’t supplied me with any order details, confirmation of order, dispatch emails, delivery details. All the stuff you usually get when you make an order. They point blank refused me a refund, they offered to swap the bags….they have ignored their own returns policy. Have not addressed this in any way, again just totally ignored my questions. This has been going on since November. To make matters worse I was dealing with a close family bereavement at the time, no consideration or compassion shown. I think their customer service team are robots!! They cannot answer questions. They just ignore them. I would give minus stars if I could. Whatever you do do not touch this company with a barge pole.
UPDATE. I have read your response and yes you have replied but you haven’t addressed my queries. It’s no good replying if you don’t do anything about the issues raised. There are two separate issues here. I ordered a bag, the strap broke You haven’t supplied a replacement, I’m still waiting after 4 weeks. You sent me two more bags and charged me for them, I did not order them, you haven’t addressed why you refuse to give me a refund therefore ignoring your own refund policy which is on line. According to your policy I am entitled to a replacement or refund up to 100 days if not satisfied. I am not satisfied, I didn’t order three bags I ordered one. You will not let me return them and give me my money back. Your on line policy clearly states replacement or refund. You haven’t addressed not allowing me to send the two bags I never ordered and don’t want. I’m still waiting for the replacement bag for the one ( the original and only order I have made) on which the strap broke. Not to mention why my invoice was one price but my credit card charge was higher, no explanation there. You have not convinced me that I’m dealing with a human.
Yes, I am repeating myself but I am trying to get my point across in a public forum as you are not dealing with it as you should.

Customer Service very responsive
Initially I was disappointed since it took too long for delivery. However, when I contacted Customer Service, I received a reply immediately, apologizing for the delay and they took efforts to rectify the situation. I received my bag today…I love it! It is exactly what I hoped it would be. In addition, the company sent a very nice gift to thank me for my patience.
Never received my purchase
I still have not received my purchase after over 3 weeks and have not received feedback after sending an email to customer support. This was a terrible experience and I still have not seen my back pack.

I received the wrong color. I sent an email they immediately responded and said they would be sending the correct color and keep the black as a gift. Great customer service!

Surprise Package!
I ordered my first bag and it was the wrong color. I sent an email to let them know and they apologized. I said I would keep the black and just order the cream in the future. Well, a week later the cream bag arrived. There was no charge and they said to keep both!! Their email responses were promt and very professional!

I decided I did not want my purchase
I decided I did not want my purchase. When I go to return it the item number is not recognized. When I send an email I literally got 5 asking if I want another purse or a wallet to go with it. I think it was AI. After days of emailing back and forth they wanted me to just send my item to an address in china. Very sketchy. I will never do business with your company again. I am now stuck with a $60 purse I do not want
