I received the item it took 2 weeks not sure why when the postmark says Birmingham and I live in London. Have emailed as I would like to exchange for a smaller size but just a wall of silence. Not impressed

We have some items on our website that are pre order only. These items state delivery times at the checkout so that customers are aware of delivery times. I can see from the item that you ordered that the delivery time indicates up to 15 working days.
With regards to a response regarding a smaller size. We have tried to email you on several occasions however you email provider keeps bouncing the email back saying not responding. Therefore we have been unable to communicate. The team did try to call you on the number provided but the call went to voice mail.
If you could reply to us via the chat option on the website then we will be able to support you further.

Order not recieved, company u contactable via phone. Ordered two dresses for my daughters birthday which never arrived thank God I paid using klarna and won't loose the full amount... Avoid
