Horrible quality. I bought a coat in October and months later it was already ripped. I sent them an email and as I bought it at Winners they couldn't solve this quality problem.
Very disappointed. At first wear I loved my noize parka - a nice vegan version of a Canada goose. I even bought a second lighter winter coat and a leather jacket. Unfortunately the (300$ parka) began to rip and tear in the pockets, near the zipper etc. I contacted Noize customer service. I was told (with much attitude and disrespect) that a coat purchased 8 months ago was 2 months past their warranty.
Since contacting my leather jacket seam has fallen apart.
Stay away. Cheap quality and bad customer service

My winter coat became inexplicably stained at the rim around my face after I wore it twice, even though I don’t use any makeup, sunscreen, moisturizer or any other skin product. I guess it was some manufacturing defect with the water repellent coating or something alike.
After a lot of back and forth (much me begging and being gaslighted by the costumer service) I sent the coat back, didn’t get the refund, just some shady store credit code and then they started ghosting me without answering my questions as to why the coat just became stained.
Awful quality overall and terrible and stressful experience.

I bought a $300 jacket in November (it’s now March) and it’s already ripping in the shoulder part. I’m a petite person, There’s no reason why this should be happening. I’m so upset because it took a lot of convincing for me to spend that kind of money on myself and this what I got

Incredibly cheap materials and poor quality! Coat fell apart about 8 months after purchase date and about a dozen wears in total . Noize only has a 6 month warranty, which expired by the fall so it had almost no wear.
After reaching out to Noize, their rude and unhelpful customer service told me nothing could be done and constantly closed out my tickets after asking for them to escalate to a team lead or manager.
A support team should be able to recognize and adapt to a niche situation like this one where my entire warranty "expired" during the summer months and the coat clearly had a failure related to craftsmanship but I got tons of canned responses and rude/dismissive interactions.
Will never ever recommend -- embarrassing, overpriced, vegan brand.
This cost was great when I first bought it last January (2022). It was extremely warm and looked nice. I wore it only about 4 times last year as I had a different coat for slightly warmer temperatures. After the 4th time wearing I noticed that there was a small hole in the left shoulder. The stitching had come undone. Then after about 10 times wearing it this year, the tag fell off and there was a hole (stitching coming out) on the inside right underarm. 4 more times and the inside tag ripped off (it was stitched on). 2 more times and I noticed the whole left sleeve was coming off completely! What terrible quality! It lasted me wearing it about 20 times in total and I couldn't wear it anymore because of of the holes around the sleeve at the left shoulder and underarm. I am so upset since I can't afford a new coat already so I have to wear my lighter one with several layers.
As a US customer, I had such a horrible experience trying to purchase a coat. I am a very careful buyer who thoroughly looks through reviews and photos to try to make sure the coat will fit my needs and figure. I bought a coat that was final sale because most if not all the coats are final sale. I knew it was a risk but they are environmentally friendly plus they offered 15% off for first-time buyers. Unfortunately, the coat was much larger than expected so they offered me merchandise credit minus $10 for return shipping. The second coat I got had so many good reviews but the zipper was getting stuck and it was much longer than expected. I was able to get my merchandise credit back but it took a great deal of back and forth with the passive aggressive customer service team and they took $10 for return shipping and another $10 for restocking. I just ordered another coat but have had to pay $75 in shipping, return shipping, and restocking fees and they won't even give me the 15% off welcome fee because they claimed I had already redeemed it. And at the end of the day, the coats are much lower quality than I would have expected with janky zippers and poor lining. What a massive waste of money and time, I do not recommend them. What a shame for an environmentally conscious company.
I love the style and was so excited to get my new jacket. I wore it for a month and then the seam split behind the arm. I reached out to customer service. They told me to send the defective jacket back, and 5-7 days after receiving it, they will send me a link for a replacement. Turns out I had to buy a box to return the thing, and it will take weeks to receive a new one. In the middle of winter. And this was my only heavy winter jacket. And I have almost two hour recess duties. Won’t be buying from this company again.

Don't trust this brand. They always have some awesome discount and they showcase good designs. I bought this jacket as a gift for my wife, I was so upset after receiving it and seeing with my eyes the poor construction and the lack of quality control, bad and unaligned stitches, after two months of very light use the stitches in the pockets started to fail... I wrote a comprehensive review and sent photos and video and their "customer support" requested to send photos of the problems... I give up on this. Look other brands if you are looking for quality or durability
I thought I was purchasing a great coat! Wrong, the pin part of the zipper detached from the coat making it impossible to zip up! I have emailed several times customer service/support…what service??? It is an automated response saying they will get back to you in 2 to 3 days (maybe the days are longer in Canada?) it has been almost 2 weeks and nothing! Very disappointed! Their products are not cheap!!! I will not recommend!!! Be aware! Yes, the coat is cute and stylish and all that but NOT worth the money! Not a guaranteed product! Soooo DISAPPOINTED! Customer service is NONEXISTENT!

I bought this jacket and the qualiy of the jacket was bad. It seems its already used and old. I asked customer care within 1 day of receiving the jacket to refund the money and provided all the pictures as well, they asked they can only give store refund which is unfair as now I dont have enough trust in the service and dont want to waste time to buy things again online for some time. In this competetive market, this kind of experience from customer care is bad and they are not even replying to the mail. It seems they are okay creating revenue like this fraud. At least have the decency to reply.

I bought a new winter coat, Akira in Black, this year from Noize and am so happy with it. It is so warm but also so stylish. I don’t feel like I’m wearing a heavy jacket that ruins my outfit anymore. Now I can be warm and look good in Canadian winters! Shipping was super fast and packing was great! Will definitely be buying from them again. I had a few questions before buying and customer service was fast on answering and very helpful.

The coat fits beautifully and true to size. Most parka type coats are very plain looking. Not this one! It is very eye-catching while providing warmth and comfort.

Extremely disappointed in this company. I decided it was time to spend more $$$ and get myself a good quality winter jacket. Biggest waste of money. The inside of the hood looks like it has been chewed by rodents and they refuse to do anything about it because it’s not a manufacturing issue. You’re completely right, it’s a warehouse issue that you have. Never even got to wear the thing, it still has the tags on. Shame on you Noize.

I had a great experience with Noize. Not only is my coat SO beautiful and warm and cruelty-free, the team was helpful too when I had a shipping error. I mismarked my address and it was returned to sender, when I contacted Noize, Marie made sure to update my address and ship it BACK to me most expediently! After she received the parcel back I got it to me the NEXT DAY! She was so kind and prompt and I like dealing with the same person for one ticket.

The parcel came very quick even around Christmas holiday time, no custom charges or anything.
I was really afraid to use the website reading all the comments but my experience was very pleasant.
The coat is the warmest I ever owned as well.

I love how Noize is a vegan brand, and I love that they make stylish, sustainable outerwear. I bought the Caroline parkas with faux fur and it's great, such amazing quality. I wore it today and it was so comfortable and I got compliments on it all day. I also own some of their loungewear and I honestly live in them, my fav go-to outfit on the daily. I would definitely recommend this brand for anyone looking for vegan clothing!

Don't buy from here - they didn't mark final sale items as final sale on the product page so I ordered a few things without realizing it was final sale as it was not marked as such and they now won't let me cancel or return my items.

These jackets are the worst. They are way too stiff and tight with no room for any clothing inside. and the hood doesn't fit it covers your entire face.
