I used Noleggioauto.it to rent a car for my trip between Rome and Florence and was extremely satisfied. The website is intuitive and allowed me to quickly compare offers, finding very affordable rates. Additionally, customer service was excellent, promptly answering all my questions. I highly recommend Noleggioauto.it for those seeking efficient and reliable service.
The company is a front desk company without any physical presense. You can only book and you can not ask for some help or even issue an invoice. They just give the contact details of the partner companies like AutoUnion from which you take the car. But you can not do anything to issue invoice, ask for something or change something. The contact form is bringing a 404 page error, and in the webchat there is no reply. There is no contact phone neither a contact email to address any claim. Stay away from them! I lost 2 days calling for such claim and finally didnt have any outcome.
Very disapointing when there are three companies involed, booked with noleggioauto.it, car belongs to budget and administrating one more company and then on advert it says easy to rent, free to cancel, free to book and in reality you cannot do ANYTHING.
Eventually my NZ credit card could not be accepted and i was listed as the main driver, so this guy get stuck with the fact we cannot change anything. Yes, he offered to bring deposit in cash, which would go to insurance (and was twice more than a car), but nothing about changing a main driver, while my girlfriend had another credit card. (In fact we arrived before reserved time and change or cancel for free exactly means so). After long discussion i reached administrating company 'cartrawler.com' but by then our reservation time was just passed and they couldnt change it then.
Anyway, end up booking another car, cuz even these guys obviously were about to have a spare vehicle, all he could do is twice more expensive than first booking and 3 times more expensive then another company online.
Sorry, but hilarious.
