My wife's account was denied a redemption due to alleged "having another account with the same address". They then sent a email apologizing but are willing to forgive it and give back her initial $3payment that she won her winnings through. So "another account with same address" must be mine because I referred her. And then i guess mine will be denied next too ? And what kinda place denies someone their winnings, then refunds their purchase, IN GAME CREDITS, to an account they are going to deny again?

I had an issue with a purchase where I contacted support to clarify what I would receive. I was told by support that if I proceeded with a refund request, my account would be temporarily restricted during the review process and then reactivated afterward.

Based on that information, I agreed to proceed.

After the refund was approved, my account was instead permanently closed. When I questioned this, I was told the decision was final and based on internal policy.

I raised the concern that this outcome directly contradicts what I was told before agreeing to the refund process, but multiple support agents repeated the same scripted response without addressing the inconsistency.

It's not about the refund itself, it’s about being given one set of terms to proceed, then receiving a completely different outcome after agreeing.

Be aware that account closure may occur even after being told the account will only be temporarily restricted.
