My experience with No Limits Ad has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

I paid for their services with the clear understanding that a refund would be processed due to their so-called “merging process” with AdTucon. That promise was never honored, and I have not received any refund.

What makes this worse is their communication. At first, responses were vague and non-committal, with no concrete timeline or proof that a refund was actually being processed. Eventually, they stopped replying altogether. No follow-ups, no accountability, no resolution.

If a company cannot honor its own refund commitments or communicate transparently with clients, that’s a serious red flag. This experience has cost me both time and money, and I strongly regret trusting this agency.

I would advise others to be extremely cautious before doing business with No Limits Ad, especially when it comes to payments and refund promises.

No Limit Ad Agency failed to return my money after clearly promising a refund. The reason they gave was a “merging process with AdTucon ad agency.” I was explicitly told the refund would be processed on November 20, 2025.

It is now January 7, 2026, and nothing has been refunded.

For weeks, their responses were vague, evasive, and repeatedly delayed, with no concrete proof, transaction reference, or confirmed timeline. Eventually, communication stopped completely. They are now ignoring messages altogether.

This is not a simple delay or misunderstanding. This is a pattern of avoidance, broken commitments, and zero accountability once payment has already been made.

Any agency that uses internal restructuring as an excuse to hold client funds, misses a promised refund date by months, and then goes silent shows a serious lack of professionalism and ethics.

I strongly warn anyone considering this company: do not send money unless you are prepared to chase it indefinitely.

Poor quality of ad accounts and poor support, when i asked for refund they informed me to wait 21 days after that they asked to wait another 20 days
