I don't understand the many negative reviews here. From ordering to delivery, it took 4 weeks (5 weeks because the delivery service took so long). The quality of the parts is excellent, and communication was always available (ok, sometimes you have to wait 2 days for a response). The communication was always honest, and all my questions were always answered to my satisfaction. It's a 2-person company, so you can't expect logistics like Amazon to be available. But here you get quality built by motorcyclists for motorcyclists at a price where you almost have to ask yourself, 'are they even making any money with this?' I can recommend Nomad ADV without reservation and would shop there again anytime. (I bought a very large package there with a tower, steering damper, switches, lights, basically the entire range for the 701 LR)

More than a month to receive the order.
Once order (mainly rack system for the Ducati Desert X) was received one of the side-racks had significant scratches and dents. Informed Nomad Adv, was promised to get the piece replaced. Today 8th of February still waiting.

Nothing delivered after 3.5 months, a different excuse every time. I'll see if I can get my money back.
On their homepage they advertise a processing time of 2-3 weeks (Please be aware that due to the current high demand, our lead times are around the 14-21 business days.). A terrible shop don't buy anything there!

Really long delivery....and they drag the money by ordering.
Sometimes answer on email from Company and sometimes not.
Will not recommend to buy from this Company.
