We are just back from an amazing holiday of 3 weeks in Canada which Kerri put together and spent lots of time liaising with a specialist Canadian company on our behalf making it perfect for us.
Kerri's personal touch looking after us all started even before we left, with hand delivering to our door all our vouchers and tickets because of the post not arriving in time.
Everything ran smoothly with all the accommodation and pre booked trips, that Kerri had booked. Kerri had personally asked for disabled friendly rooms with walk in showers in every hotel beforehand for us, which they all were glad to accommodate for us which was great and extremely helpful to me.
We unfortunately had a problem of a missing suitcase only 7 days into our holiday, which we were devastated about, but Kerri was there on the phone, at all times, evenings and weekends just to help and offer advice to us.
She went above and beyond in literally spending hours trying to contact the airline for information on the missing case on our behalf.
We didn't have to, nor were expected to, do anything apart from leave it with Kerri and carry on enjoying our holiday.
Kerri continued to support us by giving us advice on buying clothes and keeping receipts and saying she would deal with the claim when we returned home.
We had an amazing holiday and although we didn't recieve our missing case until we actually got home, Kerri spent many many hours filling in forms to claim and filing a complaint also, to them, on our behalf.
Thanks to Kerri, we literally didn't have to do any of the complicated chasing the airline continously, filling in forms, and worrying about it all as Kerri took over everything to do with it.
If we'd have booked the holiday ourselves we would've had to do all the chasing and sorting ourselves, and with all the added stress and upset too, it would have completely ruined this holiday of a lifetime. However, booking through Kerri she just took charge and took care of everything. I cannot reiterate enough the importance of booking your holidays with Kerri, as you cannot appreciate and understand what she does and how she takes over in a crisis, how she is always there for her clients and how she just insists you get on with your holiday whilst she just sorts and takes charge and deals with the issues all in the background.
Kerri not only gives a very personal touch to any holiday or quote, but definitely goes above and beyond if anything goes wrong, as she did with us. You would never realise the importance of booking with Kerri until something doesn't quite go to plan and you can be confident to hand over your stresses and worries to Kerri, and that's what she does brilliantly, doing everything in your best interests always.

Kerri always manages to get it right. Tell her what you are looking for and she will find it for you. Would 100% recommend her services.

Kerri made our holiday booking was such an easy experience. She offered different options at the beginning of our search and then helped us to narrow it down to our final choices. She was always on hand to give advice and further options and, very helpfully, gave us a very insightful list of pros and cons to help us with our decision between our final two choices. Excellent experience with Kerri. Very good attention to all the important details and most importantly, she listened to what we wanted as the overall experience and came up with some great suggestions. We’re going to Albania - so a newish holiday destination - and it needed quite a bit of research. Highly recommend Nomadica Travel and will be the second time of using them.
