Placed an order online and due to being extremely busy over the weekend before Christmas it was delayed and then the item sold out, the store refunded the item I purchased and sent me it in a different colour as an apology for the mistake free of charge (they did this before telling me!). They went above and beyond - greatly appreciated as it was a Christmas gift for my partner.

I’d actually had the same experience with another retailer, the same item was advertised as available online but out of stock in their store and I didn’t even get an apology for the mistake, just an email saying it was refunded….. so to get such a great experience from Arrowild was fab. Will definitely be shopping with you again. Thank you

I bought a Carhartt Detroit jacket and a pair of Danner boots both with healthy discounts from Arrowild in Frome and couldn’t be happier with the experience.
