LOVE these boots! The stretch leather is heaven and the form fitting is perfect for my slender legs. The heel height is perfect for walking. Most of all they look fantastic!

Update and change to rating(1/31/26): Finally, 8 months after placing an order for Aria boots in caramel suede, I received the boots! They are gorgeous! Am changing my review to reflect that the boots finally arrived and while I was dissatisfied with the wait time, the only criticism of the company’s customer service was that it kept stringing me along on the arrival date instead of setting realistic expectations. I know now that a special order may take up to 8-9 months.
(1/3/26) Am downgrading my review to 1. Marine, you were the one who told me to get my special order in in May 2025 so you could include it in your July order. You are now lying about what you told me! I have all the emails from you and your team during the last three months assuring me that the order arrival was imminent but that you had experienced “materials” problems. What lies!! What disappointment! You may offer beautiful shoes but your business is horrible! Don’t promise something you cannot deliver.

I hate to leave a negative review, but this has been one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. I purchased the Whisper Thigh High Boots in leather. While they were shipped promptly, DHL contacted me multiple times regarding additional taxes that needed to be paid (I live in the United States in Los Angeles). I reached out and Julia assured me it would be taken care of. After five or six days, it still wasn’t resolved, and DHL kept calling me repeatedly. I ultimately paid the fees myself and sent Julia the receipt, and she assured me the amount would be credited back to my account. That was three weeks ago, and I have yet to receive any credit.

When the boots finally arrived, the leather was beautiful, but there was a toe cap seam, and the interior was unfinished in a way that rubbed uncomfortably against my foot. I realized I wouldn’t be able to wear them for long periods, so I returned them. Despite the boots being received, I heard nothing for 2½ weeks, even after multiple emails. I ultimately had to file a claim through PayPal to get my money back.

This experience was extraordinarily disappointing. I was misled about receiving a credit for the DHL fees and promised a prompt refund for the returned boots, neither of which happened. The product quality was overshadowed by terrible customer service.

The delivery was quite quick, the boots are beautiful, well made and quite comfortable. They also look super good while wearing them.

The crew was very helpful in figuring out what size i should buy. I think they did a pretty good job. One pair is slightly tight, though i think with a few wearings it would be just fine.

I fell in love with these boots the first time I saw them on IG. Though I traveled to Paris, I did not get to the showroom. So I decided to take a chance and purchase them online. My first purchase was the black leather. The white leather band that runs up the back was what caught my eye. The boots fit true to size, are super comfortable with their generous toe box and the leather that runs up the ankle is amazingly soft. That said, I recently purchased the brown suede version. The color is perfect and the suede luxurious.

Stylish, Sturdy, and made to be noticed. Love these shoes.

I happened to be in London when they had a pop-up store, so I got to try on the shoes. I came away with a beautiful, comfortable pair of boots. Price was a splurge for me, but I'm loving the style & comfort!
