Ensemble, nous avons choisi de créer Nomasei pour s'engager à renouer avec un luxe intemporel et honnête, fait de respect, de partage, d’engagements éthiques et de transparence. La trajectoire de femmes fortes, libres et insoumises et la danse comme geste de liberté sont nos inspirations.
La rencontre avec une usine de chaussures de luxe à Montopoli, village de Toscane, donne forme à Nomasei. Cette entreprise familiale dont elles partagent les valeurs devient le partenaire essentiel du projet. Les couleurs dominantes de Nomasei sont un hommage à cette collaboration : le rouge Montopoli, couleur de la terracotta, la terre cuite typique des collines toscanes et de la terre de Sienne, le blanc jauni des marbres de Pompéi.
Nomasei, ce sont des chaussures aux formes étudiées, des matières de haute qualité, des processus respectueux de l’environnement et de l’humain, résultats d’un engagement éthique de transparence radicale.
Nomasei ce sont des mains : « Noma » – de l’italien « Mano », la main, avec un twist argotique pour brouiller les pistes – « Sei » – six en italien, parce que chaque création est le fruit de la collaboration entre plusieurs mains et plusieurs savoir-faire, réunis autour d’une idée qui se fait création.

Love the women who run this company
Love the women who run this company! They treat you like an instant friend! I’ve gone to their pop up in NYC twice now while I was there on vacation. Both times the shoes I ordered arrived to my home (from France!) before I did! They are so cool looking and I get lots of compliments! Highly recommend them!

Great customer care and product
I received a beautiful quality product, however it arrived with a couple of markings. I sent an email to customer care and with no question immediately sent a return label and replacement for my order. Thank you for the attention and care.

A scam or a joke - not sure
I received shoes on the 28th of August
I returned them on the 2nd of September
I have since then emailed the company 6 times asking for my refund. I’m very happy I orders though klarna so it’s not my own money that I have spent and waiting for
Today is 29th of October and now they email me saying I exceeded the 15 day return window. My advice is keep all proof of delivery and dint use your debit card when ordering

Nomasei— I know this shoe brand gets a lot of love on sub stack and with all the fashion people. But I wanted to share my experience because it’s been pretty frustrating. I placed an order for boots more than one month ago. There have been no changes in order status, and no shipping updates. I have sent two messages to Customer Service by email and one via Customer Service chat and I have received no response. It’s pretty disappointing considering the shoes cost $650. And now I’m seeing that the brand is trying to raise financing to grow their company even more. But it doesn’t seem like they’re operations are very robust or organized. Just wanted to say beware because it doesn’t seem like they are keeping up with their orders.

I would like to address your comment, as there seems to be some misunderstanding. As indicated on our website, we operate on a pre-order basis, which means that production and delivery times can vary depending on our factory’s schedule. This sometimes results in longer lead times, especially during busy periods.
We also hosted several pop-ups toward the end of the year, which did slow us down and affected our response time — and for that, we sincerely apologise. Our team is small, and while we do our very best to support our customers as quickly as possible, we acknowledge that we have room to improve and are actively working on it.
However, we take great pride in caring for our clients and providing the best possible experience. For this reason, I can’t fully agree with the idea that the company is “not structured” or “not organised.” Our fundraising efforts, as you mentioned, are precisely aimed at strengthening our operations, expanding the team, and improving our customer service so we can support our community even better.
