I bought a Versace necklace very good quality and is beautiful bigger than I expected customer service I give a 10 they responded to all my emails quick and very professional rated a 4 because I paid extra for faster delivery and it took almost 3 week when it says 6 to 9 days you can't charge for something you not going to fulfilled but other than that love it thank you

Sent several emails regarding my order but still no reply yet. And just realised that the order is sending from China Guangzhou. No wonder they don’t disclose the carrier. This is like Fraud!

Received an email with tracking almost a week ago and the packages haven’t moved nor even dropped off at the post office. After reading the reviews I am already skeptical of what’s to happen next. Will give it another few days and if no movement in the shipping of my items I will call the better business bureau to file a complaint.

Tracking is already an issue but I did receive feedback from the company explaining that they are having shipping delays. We shall see what happens and I will update accordingly. Best
