Lovely jewelry so far I bought 7 pieces and all are great pieces, the customer service is amazing they get back to quickly very helpful with answering questions, the best part is they donate potions of the profits to charities , May Allah bless your team and the company with success with barkat always Ameen

Excellent customer service

First of all I love all the jewelry I have from them. I’m super sensitive to anything besides real gold but this is so gentle on my skin and it doesn’t tarnish. It’s great quality products. But other than that, they have the most outstanding customer support. My chain on my necklace snapped a while back and I didn’t think the warranty would cover it. I emailed them as a long shot and would have understood if they couldn’t resolve my issue because it was my issue, not theirs. But not only did they responded timely, but they resolved my issue with the best solution plus some. Their team was incredibly kind and efficient.

I can’t say enough about this company and it’s customer service. When I thought my order was lost in the mail, I was promptly sent a new one and I haven’t taken it off since. I have a gold necklace of my daughter’s name that turned out beautifully. I am so impressed and will be ordering again.

Mohamed was so helpful! I had an issue with the sizing of one of my jewellery pieces and he made the exchange process so seamless and easy. Just because of him, I will be sure to purchase from nominal again. The customer service and quality of the pieces, along with the message behind the jewellery, really make this brand unique. Summary: Don't order if you are from the UK. If your order goes missing after you have paid the customs tax, this company will not refund you. I'm £70 down with no bangles.

I intentionally bought from here because their cause was important to me, even though I knew I would have to pay additional fees for these items to be brought into the UK from the US. I was fine with that. I ordered a thin gold ring for my wedding and 8 bangles for my bridesmaids on the 30th August.

The ring came fairly quickly, arriving on 5th September, but it was the wrong size. And not just like, a bit, but a lot. I contacted them to tell them and they came to tell me it was a mistake and I should send the ring back and they'll send me another. I told them that would mean I would have to pay the customs fee again, which was something like £45 for the ring. I said it would be easier and cheaper probably for me to get it resized here and send them the receipt. They agreed. All good so far, mistakes happen, all fine.

At this point, I asked when my bangles would arrive. They said they were at customs and asked I pay the tax asap so that there's no hold up in delivery, but I have no text or email asking for it. In the end, that arrived, so I paid it on 25th September. It was £69. Several weeks later, there was still no sign of the bangles, and the tracking hadn't moved, so I chased Nominal again, as we're getting close to my wedding now. I emailed them on October 6th, October 8th and October 9th asking about these and nobody answered. In the end, I told them I wanted a refund, as nobody was responding and it was getting close to my wedding. They sent me an email back with a link, asking me to resend the bangles so they could issue my refund. I explained again that they had never arrived. They emailed asking if there were two. I emailed back explaining again there were eight. They finally issued my refund.

So then I asked them about the £69 in tax I had paid, and they're saying they won't give me that back because it's nothing to do with them. Basically, I've paid £69 and no bangles. I'll be getting my ring back this weekend and will have the receipt for the re-sizing, so let's see if they keep their promise to pay the £65 for that. If not, my £130 wedding ring will have cost me essentially double the price, plus there's all the stress this has caused, and I still have no gifts for my bridesmaids.

Don't order if you're from the UK. If you're order goes missing, you'll have paid the customs duty and you won't be re-imbursed for it.

Awesome pieces, however sometimes they may get rusted and color may change. BUT!! Their customer service is phenomenal! One of the best customer services I’ve ever experienced truly. That’s what makes them stand out even more. They truly care for their customers and it shows. Definitely recommend 100/100!

I reached out to customer service because a bracelet that I purchased broke and I received a response within 20 minutes. They immediately assured me that this does not meet the expectations of the quality of their products and issued a gift card for the full amount of the product. They were very helpful and prompt in their response.

I have bought a couple of pieces from them now and I love both of them. I rarely take off my alhamdulillah necklace (I think I bought it over a year ago now) and it still looks like the day I received it. The quality is amazing 😍

I had an issue with a return (rings were too big - nothing wrong with the product itself) and it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Nominal has very quickly become one of my favourite brands. The jewellery is very high quality and sturdy. Also very pretty. I have gotten several pieces for myself and as gifts. Everyone has loved it. Hopefully we are supporting our Muslim brothers and sisters a little bit.
