It took almost 2 weeks to get the update on it being shipped and when asking for an update on when it will be shipped I was told I have to wait foe the email.

The product did not work as described and its what I had expected. I contacted through customer services via email, they then asked for pictures for proof in order to return, however since then no one has got back to me regarding this.

Do be honest my girlfriend is not very happy with it . It’s not that worm and the massage is not that noticeable, you can feel it just a bit. Not happy at all after spending $165 . If you can refund my money back that will be great. Thanks

The warmth was good but the massaging part was not that good. Didn't really put out a good massage.

Ordered this as a gift 3 weeks ago and has still not arrived. Would not recommend this company. It is more of a scam than a legit company.

I had been seeing my girlfriend struggling with period cramps for months now and I've always wanted to gift her Maia. This time I went for it and she loved it. I'm super happy that she feels a warm comfort because of me during those days now.

Bought for my wife as a Christmas gift and she absolutely loved it. She said that the heat really helps as well as the "massage" portion. It is cool that it auto shuts off after a while, 15 min or so.

I ordered it 8 days ago. I understand holiday rush but according to the tracking number it is still in California. I would like a refund.

My wife could barely feel the Nomisk Maia for periods massager.

I order the Maia and added the Luna to my order through a promotion going on. I choose the 2 day shipping option. Well it took about a week to show up and for some reason the order got split into two separate orders and the Luna showed up and Maia is still MIA. I contacted customer support last week and got some run around the block answer.
Gave the wife the Luna for Christmas. It doesn’t charge its battery and is very uncomfortable to wear. Went to request a refund and their site is closed down. How convenient…

Shipped with Canada post. Canada post says that they have not record of the tracking number you supplied. Still no package and no tracking number after 9 business days. Contacted support and was told that you have issues with Canada post. Is it the only way to ship? Please look into this and fix it. I cannot review the product itself, as it has not been received.
