My dog loves your food; my only complaint is that I wish the food containers were more user friendly -- sometimes difficult to get food out of its package.

you are responsive to your customers....only suggestion is the packages are a bit difficult to peel open

My dog very picky ate the food at first nowI he won't. I'm lost what to give him.

My hesitant eater now eats right away, her system likes this food with less for me to pick up on our walks. Defrosts overnight, so no waiting for edible food.

The staff have been very responsive and so far the product is working. I see the vet this week.

Mitzi is so happy with NomNom. She really loves it. She a picky four pound Yorkie so I'm delighted that the packages are smaller than other brands. But I just found out they offer even smaller packers -- I will chose that next time, Thank you, NomNom!
I also love the French name, NomNom which is perfect for Mitzi because she speaks French. Her vocabulary is limited, however, to one word, but she pronounces it perfectly, which is all the French care about. The word? "Oeuf, oeuf!" (Translation: "Arf, arf!")

My picky dogs are so excited for meal times now! Easy serving sizes and transition was very smooth - highly recommend especially the chicken cuisine they go crazy for!

The shipping has been an issue. I've received 2 orders and both have started to thaw out. I blame FedEx because they are not consistent with deliveries and it has been hot. I've got Nom Nom from Chewy before and it doesn't come looking like mush. Not sure if I will keep buying due to shipping concerns and product integrity.

Our frenchie has loved NomNom so much! It was recommended by our vet and we’ve been so pleased with the food. They ship everything frozen and packaged very carefully for warmer temperatures. So far, our experience has been amazing!

Food portions are good and our little guy loves the different flavors. Delivery is easy and well packaged.

I’m a new subscriber to Nom Nom, and my two Yorkies love it. They are very finicky eaters, easily tires of dog food they don’t like and won’t eat!! Needless to say that is wasted money and frustrating to find food they will eat! Success at last since this food looks, smells and tastes good! I am very happy with this dog food!
