I seriously don’t know what I would do without NomNomz because it’s only down to them and their excellent flavours that stopped me from smoking so long may they reign. Top company.

It’s my first time DIY project
It’s my first time DIY project. I’m old style, tobacco flavour, Should have started sooner. It was daunting at first, but I’m quite happy with the results. Just a matter of getting the mix right. Virginia tobacco is perfect for me, and delivery to Ireland in a couple of days . So happy I gave it a go. I’ve ordered 3 times in like 2 weeks.

7 weeks - no order, no money, no help
I made order 1.5 months ago, from UK to Poland. I still dont have order or money back. NomNomz is officialy offering international shipping. Due to shipping company there are missing documents from nomnomz so they cannot process package, so order was returned to nomnomz. 6 weeks ago (7 weeks since ordered). NomNomz is trying to avoid any responsibility, they promised to contact shipping company but they didnt. They refused any help until package get back to them. I was left without my order, without money and without any assistance. Thats terrible shopping experience and terrible customer service. Order was about 100€. At this point im considering chargeback request, as this looks like scam scheme.
