Scammer company, sold my iPhone 14 pro Max via Backmarket on 4.10.23, they received the phone 3 days later, and then...silence. i wrote to Backmarket about that issue and then i received the payment...but i think they are a scam company....never sell them your phone!
DISHONEST SELLER. Phone purchased through backmarket, I initially received my phone(OnePlus 9 5g) in good condition except their was dirt smudges on the camera lens. Turned out there was no lens covers on camera so sent phone back for repair under warranty. I was then informed by backmarket that the seller nomophone was claiming damage had been caused to the phone and he refused to fix it. The phone has since been sent back to me with damage to casing around camera caused by what looks to be a botched repair. Also volume buttons now do not work! Phone had no other defects except missing lens covers and dirt on lens when sent. This seller Nomophone is dishonest and unprofessional. I would advise any potential customers to stay away especially online customers as it seems from other reviews he especially is dishonest with online customers as he doesn't have to deal with them face to face.
