Spent a fair bit of time in Noni B…

Spent a fair bit of time in Noni B Belconnen ACT this morning. Very good experience. Really helpful sales lady. Left with a fair few items of clothing.
I actually live a fair way out of town. But would gladly travel in more often just to purchase clothes there, because the service was so good.

T Shirt top incorrect sizing

Went to purchase a T Shirt top. However, the sizing has changed considerably and are too small.
Shop assistant said she is a nomally a size 12 but she would have to buy an XL...... Way off!
Sad because my sister wanted to make a multiple pirchase.
After we walked iut of shop, we commented that Noni B has lost the 'style' that their clothes used to have.
They look like every other cheap clothing shop.... but with the higher price tag. 🥺

Buyer beware!

I am so unsatisfied with your service - first selling something not in stock, then me having to continue to follow up on status, requesting cancellation on email which was ignored - calling and order finally cancelled, following up for refund and still not received.

You have taken my funds and left me without a gift and now without funds to purchase elsewhere.

This is Afterpay they refund immediately as soon as you process.

Disgraceful customer service

I am absolutely APPALLED with this company! I bought a necklace from Noni B, Whitfords, WA on 24th November 2023 and when I got home I realised it was broken in 2 places. I took it back to the shop to get a refund. Salesperson refused to refund my money and said that all I was entitled to was a replacement or credit note. I explained that a customer is entitled to refund by law if goods were faulty. I even showed her the companies returns policy on their website that clearly states customers are entitled to a refund if goods are faulty but she still refused to refund me. She then called the regional manager who also refused to refund and said I needed to leave the item in store and that they would investigate. I have never heard from the regional manager since.

I lodged a complaint with Noni B’s customer care line who emailed back apologising and said
“This does not represent our values, culture and training. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can better educate and train our staff”.

The original salesperson called me a few days later and said that she was “going above the regional manager’s head and if I went in to see her she would see what she could do help me” but no guarantee of my money back. She said I couldn’t go to another store or another salesperson, only she could help me. I didn’t trust this and told her to sort it out and get back to me when she had done so. I have not heard from her since.

I have spoken to Trish the supervisor at customer care on several occasions. She assures me that she has emailed the regional manager to contact me several times. The regional manager is useless, I have never once heard from her.

I still do not have a solution or a refund. You don’t have to search far on the internet to find consumer laws and rights. Statements like
“A business has the right to assess the product or service before they provide a remedy. Businesses can't take away a consumer's right to a refund or replacement for faulty products or services. It's illegal for businesses to rely on store policies or terms and conditions which deny these rights”
are everywhere!

My next step is to report this company to ACCC. It’s disgraceful that they have sales staff that are not trained in basic consumer law.

The product states that it is cotton…

The product states that it is cotton but the material label says 100 % Polyester. For someone who has a skin sensitivity this is disgusting. Only option is to take it to the opshop. They should check before putting it online.

Disgusted & disappointed

I bought a lace panelled dress online from NoniB. It's very pretty & iit was kept in it's plastic bag until we went on our cruise. It was bought for a special occassion & was worn once. I noticed the unerlay hem had been missed by the seamstress, not much, only about 8 inches but however I have looked at repairing it, I cannot do it smoothly. I wrote to Mosaic asking for either a replacement or a credit. The replies I got back were pleasant but I was informed that they do not replace or give credit for faulty items. As far as I know this is against the Australian Consummer Law. I am disappointed & disgusted with Mosaic & will not buy from Noni B again.

Recently I purchase a jacket but got the wrong size . When I wanted to exchange with the smaller size the girl asked me to produce the receipt , god knows where I lost the recipe but they can’t do it even though tag was still intact , I showed the girl a transaction but she insisted for receipt. I do understand that’s important but mishap do happens it’s just a world but it doesn’t mean that you can’t exchange I was not asking for REFUND, my request was simply an EXCHANGE for a smaller size. World is going paperless and they care about the small piece of paper. Even they were not able to retain my account so funny….
Anyhow I can’t wear the jacket due to a wrong size:( Thank you Noni B.

People be aware , do not lose your receipts and take photo of it if you ever buy from them.

I am very disappointed by them they don’t care about loyal customers .

Worst customer service and poorly…

Worst customer service and poorly manner. Sold faulty goods and worst is the same item sold online for $24 and in store for $40. Please do not purchase your clothing from this company, understand they hold a few brands. Rip off and better to support other clothing company.

Today I Had the best experience at Noni B…

Had the best experience at Noni B Moonee Ponds Central today. I was able to use the store credit I had for ages to purchase a lovely Jacket. I needed $1.00 more to complete my already heavily discounted purchase, I had only 40c in my purse and was taking out my credit card to pay, when the blonde store- keeper said" That's ok, I'll pay it." And she took out a dollar and paid. She took so much care in steaming my garment, before it left the store and I felt so special, I even hugged her at the end. It is always my store of choice and I love their range and bargains.

Worst Shopping Experience!

Worst online shopping experience ever! Ordered a Blazer online through Liz Jordan. After waiting 20 business days, and still no Blazer. During that wait, I emailed customer support and phone several times, to be told warehouse will ship it immediately. Nothing but lies! I asked to cancel order and was told if item hadn’t been shipped they would process refund. Another week had passed and I saw no refund. Phoned again for the 3rd time enquiring about refund. Sorry, we just shipped your order today! What’s the use of informing customer support or phoning you as it falls on death ears. Apparently Blazer was not available I was told , but no one bothered to inform me. When I received this item I will be returning for a refund. I will never purchase from Noni B, Liz Jordan online. Pathetic service!

Stop spamming me ffs. I keep receiving these promotional text messages from Nonib without a phone number attached to these messages. I have blocked these text messages more than 15 times and I still keep receiving these spam messages every day. How do they do that? I’m so fed up…

LIEs upon lie

Made an order on 30/03/2023.
Three customer service representatives told me that they have no information on the order. I ring the courier and they tell me that no one escalated an inquiry. All they wanted to do was cancel the order. I canceled the order as they lied to me repeatedly. I will never ever order from NONI B again.

Incompetent Sales Staff

I first mentioned to Millers/Noni B shop a complaint about an order/invoice mix up back in an email on the 6th April 2023. I ordered blue bengaline pants, the same order I had ordered back in October 2022 but they made the same mistake. They sent me the exact same WRONG product - a striped top that was a size XL (too small for me anyway). I still had the photos luckily for the 1st botch up and put those on the email showing the price tags for the wrong product, the top. Back last year, they apparently couldn't come up with the correct order as they ran out of the product so I got a refund, I believe.

This time around, I got the run around by them. The 1st response from my email was from a person called 'MJ' on 11th April, who professed that I needed to check again because the delivery had come and I needed to check into the tracking. He also suggested I check with Australia Post if I have an enquiry. What??? I quickly replied and never heard by from 'MJ from Customer Care Team Mosaic Brands Ltd' or anyone else from Noni B. I sent out a few extra emails to no avail.

I contacted them again for the last time on the 17th April and went through the muddle AGAIN and
said if they couldn't be bothered contacting me I would go to every review online and say my piece. Well, they obviously do not have a good staff ethic and customer service means nothing to them so be warned - this could happen to you if you fall for Millers Noni B brand. I am stuck with a linen striped knit top that looks cheap and has a price tag of $89.99 on it. I can't use it as it is far too small. I will never see the blue pants I was hoping to get, and who knows how many other customers have been conned into buying a trash top like this in this scam!

I’ve ordered online last Dec 28, 2022 .I’ve received my order but 1 item is missing. I’ve emailed them about it and responded on 11/1/23. They insisted that the package was delivered which is true but I’ve told them that again that 1 item is missing. 17/2 Status update for your enquiry “Thank you for your patience. This is a quick automated reply to let you know your ticket 4440395 is still in Waiting on Third Party Status and we continue to follow up with the warehouse or brand partner about your enquiry.

We're experiencing extensive delays but please rest assured we are working hard to ensure you receive your orders as quickly as possible, and get a satisfactory response to your enquiries. We appreciate your patience.

Please do not reply to this email or create a new enquiry about this issue. If you would like to follow up, please reply to the email with subject Bed sheet ordered online.”
That is their last response. I’ve emailed them on 23/3 reminding them but no response until now.
Better to buy /shop in stores not on Noni B online. I’ll just consider my $20 as lost. It was a pink set of bedsheet for $20 which was not delivered until now
