I am an independent forensic journalist working across multiple charity-focused publications and directly with non-profit organisations. For the past few months, I have been closely following the activities of a company operating under the name “NPG”, after concerns were raised by several charities.

In the course of this investigation, I have spoken to numerous organisations who have described serious red flags, including financial misconduct and broken promises. There is growing evidence to suggest that “NPG” may be linked to a broader pattern of charity-related scams.

Of particular note, more than £40,000 of that debt was owed to charities, including Friends of Valance School, Ahdaf, and Appropriate Technology Asia. These debts were left unpaid, causing financial harm to organisations working to support vulnerable communities.

I urge any organisation or individual considering a partnership with “NPG” or any associated parties to conduct thorough due diligence. Use the official UK government Companies House website to review historical business information and assess risk before entering into any agreements.

This situation is not what it appears to be on the surface. There are deeper concerns around the true purpose of this operation, and further reporting will be published in established media outlets in due course.
