When I had an issue I called and spoke with a representative who explained how to remedy my proble.
Deceptive and a scam. They added items to my cart and processed an order before I ever agreed to purchase anything. As soon as I saw the order go through, I immediately called customer service to cancel it.
The representative confirmed the cancellation had been processed and told me I would receive a confirmation email. Later I received an email telling me the cancellation had already been denied because the package had been packaged and processed for shipment. This was less than five minutes after the order was placed, which seems impossible.
To make matters worse, the order included two additional items that I had never viewed, selected, or even heard of.
Based on my experience, this feels extremely deceptive. I would strongly recommend staying away.

Don’t deal with these people they are scammers what was supposed to cost $59
Cost $99 then until my bank intervened they tried to take 2 more unauthorised payments

I obviously really like your product, but those repeated suggested add-ons to one's purchase are a9nnoying.
An order went through by mistake and when contacting the company, they were very dilligent to correct the mistake and refund me. I was aware of previous negative comments about returns and refunds, but my experience was definitely positive.
I ordered one Noobark collar and the payment seemed to have gone wrong so I left the site. Hours later I see in my email that I have made two purchases they charged me on one invoice for 4 collars and on another for a single collar they the added a charge for a warranty. Total cost was $303.00. I complained immediately and got automated reply’s. Then 2 days later was told the warehouse had sent them so no refund possible. After chatting with PayPal I was told that hidden in the terms of sale when you buy you automatically agree to an auto payment. So they then charge you without your knowledge. It’s a scam. Nothing was sent. No tracking it was all a lie. 2 weeks later I get an email saying. Great news. Your items have now been packaged and are ready for shipping. Then a list of lengthy shipping times followed. You never sent anything the first time. So glad I used PayPal.

We have a medium size dog he’s part shepherd. We tried the collar to exact instructions. Shaved the fur and everything. Still the collar will not stop his barking. We were super hopeful this was the one product that would.

Haven’t returned product yet. If CS did their job correctly in the first place I would not have received 4 in the first place. I called right away and was told it would be taken care of prior to shipment.

Peter understood that this old lady was grasping for any solution to my new little dog's barking. Another product arrived first and I learned quickly that sound and/or shock absolutely terrified her. Will have to start very slowly, earn her trust and eventually solve the barking...first, this pooch needs love and security.
I was able to find what I needed and the checkout process was smooth and easy
They are very responsive and I think they have a good product. It seems a little bit difficult to make a return. And as soon as I ordered and realized there was a mistake , I contacted the company immediately. First of all ,the phone number was clearly not manned. They did respond via email very quickly but said the warehouse would have already dispatched the items. All within 15 minutes of ordering.
It seems that there was a bait and switch when I placed my order. You should streamline the process and not constantly ask about other similar products one the purchase process has begun. Because of this, I want a refund for the entire order since I feel that you violated me in this process.

I thought i was buying in AUD but I was charged in USD. I immediately tried to cancel my order (within minutes) but was told it was too late and my order had been processed. This is despite the website saying I had 12hrs to request a cancellation and I hadn't even received an order confirmation email yet.
Despite back & forth they were adamant they couldn't cancel my order.
Glad i used PayPal, I submitted a PayPal dispute and have gotten most of my money back. The postage was put through as a separate transaction so still waiting on that one.
I was also set up on a reoccurring payment... watch out for that too.
