Not a reputable or trustworthy company - Product was delivered and was left In my garden for a long period without my knowing, during the heat wave, I contacted the company numerous times on the mail, concerned if I could give this to my unwell dog as says it should be stored in a dark place, not direct sunlight and didn’t even have the courtesy to respond to any of my email, now I’m left with a product I can’t use. Can see clearly here from the other reviews this is a company to avoid.

Don't want to give it 1 star either - dodgy company. The product arrived damaged, says online there is a money back guarantee - WHICH IS A LIE! No -one will even contact me back, the product is not what is advertised - AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

This mob are no good ,I placed an order for some product for my dog and everything went well and thr product they provided was fine .
The following month they again took the same amount out of my credit card ( without my concent) , thats when the dramas started , I could not contact anyone from the company and in the end my card was cancelled to stop these criminals taking any more money .
Please stay away from this mob ,they are no good.

On the live feed on Instagram this item is advertised as Collagen+ 9 - 1 collagen drops there is no mention in the ad to say it is for pets and the person is openly applying the drops to her own face. It's only once you receive delivery of item that on the box it clearly states for dogs, when trying to contact them via the telephone the number is invalid, and despite sending multiple emails to the support team there is no response. I paid £60 for 3 bottles. I don't know how you would even put the drops over a dogs fur without it leaving a complete mess not only on the dog but also any furniture it came into contact with. A very poor company if it even exists, avoid st all costs.
