The crocheted kit I purchased from them arrived with an inadequate amount of yarn to complete the pattern, also the instructions were very hard to understand and incomplete making it impossible to create the project. A refund was requested but denied by them leaving me stuck with a useless project.
The dislike was it took almost 3 week to be shipped to me from China. And the bottle was so small.

I bought an item and it would not work. I contacted the cs nookvey company, and they offered me $4.21 back and to keep the item. I paid $28.73 then I asked if I could return it and just get a full refund, they then wanted me to pay postage I said no your item does not work I should not be out of pocket at all now I don't hear from them I would never recommend this company to anyone selling damaged items. It should not be allowed

Everything was delivered as ordered and the hats are nice and light! My only concern is that I believe I might have been charged for shipping even though I spent more than the required amount?? I don’t have a receipt?
