UTTERLY DUMB AND IGNORANT PEOPLE WORKING THERE. RUN BY IDIOTS.

WHERE ON EARTH DO YOU FIND AN PORTAL THAT REFUSES TO ACCEPT A TRADE LICENSE THAT INDICATED PORTAL AS ONE OF ITS ACTIVITIES.

THE AUTHORITIES OF UAE RECOGNISE PORTAL ACTIVITY AS ANOTHER TYPE OF E-COMMERCE LICENSE BUT THE IGNORANT TRYING TO BE SMART PEOPLE WORKING IN THIS COMPANY THINKS IN THEIR OWN LITTLE MIND THAT PORTAL IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AS AN ACTIVITY WHEN SELLING ONLINE.

THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS COMPANY DOES NOT VALUE SELLERS, THEY ACT LIKE THEY DONT NEED SELLERS TO EXIST. @NOON.AE. YOUR COMPANY EXIST BECAUSE OF SELLERS NOT BECAUSE OF YOURSELF. YOU BETTER EDUCATE YOUR MANAGEMENT ON TYPES OF LICENSES AND ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!

STAY AWAY FROM SUCH COMPANY RUN BY IDIOTS AND IGNORANTS OR YOULL ENCOUNTER SO MUCH OF ISSUES JUST FROM THE START OF YOUR BUSINESS.

I ordered the shipment from noon Dubai and something happened regarding the address, I followed up with customer service for more than three days till my flight time without any solution, and with each call, I heard a different story.
The issue is that I lost the alternative purchasing opportunities and my money has not been returned till now 20/11/22.
I tried many times to contact the complaint department or top management to illustrate the case without any support from the customer services team.
finally, I returned back to my kids with their gifts

WORST CUSTOMER CARE EVER!

CANCELLS THE ORDER SAYING NO STOCK AFTER TAKING CARD PAYMENT AND NO RESPONSE ON REFUND EVEN AFTER NUMBER OF EMAILS!

Excellent Experience, their team is very proffessional. Keep ordering home supplies and other stuff only through them.

They filled the gap that souq.com has left.
