I am writing this review to warn other users about a serious issue I experienced on NoOnes involving a £150 Amazon gift card and a trader operating under the name “Bitopia”. What happened in my case raises significant concerns about the platform’s dispute process, trader accountability, and the protection offered to ordinary users.
They can’t even get my username right in the moderator chat so what chances have you got!
This trader knew what they were doing and took advantage I even said it was a code and they continued to trade.
Summary of What Happened
I received a £150 Amazon gift card and decided to sell it on NoOnes under my username QuirkyIbisbill930. I opened a trade with “Bitopia”, who appeared reputable. I clearly stated that I had an Amazon gift card code. The trader asked me to upload it, which I did.
Immediately after receiving the code, the trader responded only with “AQ only bro”, provided no explanation, and then stopped communicating entirely.
Within minutes, the £150 code was redeemed.
Amazon confirmed:
• I did not redeem the code myself
• The code was redeemed shortly after I uploaded it in the trade
• The timestamp aligns with the moment the trader received it
Despite this, the trader refused to release the BTC and went silent.
Dispute Outcome
I opened a dispute with NoOnes and provided:
• Amazon chat logs
• Timestamped evidence
• Proof the code was redeemed by someone else
• Proof I followed the platform’s instructions
The dispute was rejected.
My appeal was also rejected.
NoOnes stated the decision went against me because I “did not follow the offer terms”. I fully accept that I misunderstood the trader’s preferred format — but that does not justify a trader redeeming a £150 code and keeping both the gift card value and the cryptocurrency.
The core issue remains:
• The trader obtained the £150 value
• The trader refused to complete the trade
• The platform allowed this outcome
At no point did NoOnes contact me directly or provide meaningful support.
Pattern of Similar Complaints
This is not an isolated incident.
There are multiple public reports on Trustpilot, Reddit, and other forums describing:
• Gift card codes being accepted
• Traders redeeming them
• Traders then relying on vague or retroactive instructions to avoid completing trades
This suggests a systemic vulnerability, not a one‑off misunderstanding.
NoOnes’ own Terms emphasise:
• Good‑faith dealing
• Transparency
• Trader responsibility
Allowing a trader to redeem a code, retain its value, and then deny the exchange contradicts those principles.

NoOnes is a scam, I traded an Apple gift card worth $450 with KACY_GLOBAL and he scammed me , i opened dispute and they ruled in favor of the scammer. NoOnes should really look into his account, and also traded $500 with Lyallorlbc and he also scammed me , all happened in a day, NoOnes ruled in favor of him too, NoOnes is a big scam when it comes to p2p trades.

I have to say this several times. This Chinese vendor wants to make noones terrible for trader imagine loosing $500. I already made a last time when another Chinese vendor try to steal my card. They see this as a Trial to see whether he/she will win so they play that smart games when someone trade large value cards with them. I really beg this vendor to make a honest trade but they’re very dangerous to be trusted. I prove to her how valid my card but she just want to try and see whether he/she can convince the moderator. They chose to type the code slowly instead just copy and paste. So that in that process they use iphone AppStore camera redeeming to use the card at the back very quick so it won’t show on her pc that’s the smartest games their games their playing on noones. Trade 🆔 hc1fbi8njXi . It’s been 11 hours now no moderator join the chat yet. 13 hours now no moderator to file the justice and with fraudster. I’ve waited for moderator for about 15 hours and ask for help everywhere in noones and make a review and moderator got in the trade and award the vendor. My evidence are clear shows that he stole the card. I don’t know what else noones needed for evidence. Imagining losing $500 only God knows my situation now😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

The most users on this website are from African countries like Nigeria or Kenya. On my 3rd trade as buyer I was scammed. I lost £53. Report been sent but investigation was quickly closed. No support from NoOnes to report fraud crime to local police or guidance what to do next. The seller admitted on chat he received my transfer than demanded exactly the same amount as top up next day. Then tricked me to cancel the trade. On my first trade the seller asked me what is my WhatsApp number and just 2 hours later I got warning from NoOnes mods(it means they reading messages from chats). But when scammer from one of above mentioned country continued to have conversation with me over 24 hours no action was taken. By looking on NoOnes twitter account I think they all cooperate as such frauds won't be reported by NoOnes to police even when is clear evidence that the fraud been commited. Second bad thing is huge % provisions from trades. I won't be using this website anymore. I leave it to scammers. Even by looking here on Trustpilot looks like the only positives comments are from ... (read first sentence) and decide yourself.

I have been using their service since its early days. When it comes to the security of our cryptocurrency on wallet, I have not personally encountered any issues so far. However, the majority of users including myself mostly use the service for P2P trading.
Based on my experience, as well as the experiences of many others, I can confidently say that 99% of scams related to P2P trading appear to be initiated by the platform itself. These scams often involve fake accounts that are built up with fake reviews to appear trustworthy. After few successful scams, those accounts are “banned” and you will receive an email containing an apology, along with a claim that they are not responsible for that like the response they will likely provide here, attempting to distance themselves from any involvement.
Unfortunately, they are still operating thanks to scams like these. If you are still using this service, I recommend that you stop as soon as possible.

I had a terrible experience on Noones that resulted in me losing both my money and my crypto.
I was scammed out of a €100 gift card during a trade. I provided solid proof from the official supplier confirming that the card was redeemed at the exact same minute I sent it through the platform. Despite this clear evidence, the moderators rejected my appeal without properly addressing the facts.
As a result, I lost BOTH the gift card value and the Bitcoin involved in the transaction.
This platform claims to offer dispute resolution, but in reality, there is NO real buyer protection. If something goes wrong, you may be left completely unprotected while scammers walk away with your money.
🚨 Do NOT trust the dispute system.
🚨 You can lose everything in a single trade.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this platform unless you're willing to risk losing your funds with no accountability.
Stay safe and trade elsewhere.

Stay away from Noones if you value your money. Noones.com appears to side with rippers, based on my experience. If anyone disagrees, I challenge any Noones user who has ever fairly won a gift card dispute to come forward and share their experience.
Their dispute system seems to favor scammers with fake “high reputation” profiles.
I recently traded a $500 Apple gift card with a so-called “trusted” user, @KACY_Global. I chose them because of their extremely high positive feedback not even the best rate thinking it was safe. Big mistake.
Before trading, I:
• Checked the balance ✔️
• Used the Noones checker ✔️
• Confirmed the card hadn’t been used ✔️
Everything was valid.
Immediately after I sent the card, the trader claimed it had already been used and sent a screenshot. I provided all my receipts and proof in the dispute… yet the moderator still ruled in favor of the scammer.
What’s suspicious:
• 32,800+ positive feedback and 0 negative (that’s unrealistic)
• Many of these “top traders” may be using bought or manipulated accounts
• The platform seems to ignore obvious red flags
Noones should properly investigate accounts like @KACY_Global, including live verification, to confirm the real owner and the authenticity of their feedback.
This experience cost me money and even left me with negative feedback.
Please stay cautious high ratings don’t always mean legit

Avoid this platform. I traded successfully for a week and then was scammed by an account with a high reputation, and the dispute was resolved in their favor. The moderator ignored the evidence and ruled in favor of the other user, since they had a higher reputation. The most interesting thing is that in this situation, you can't leave a negative review, so an account with a boosted reputation can scam anyone. I provided proof of purchase and receipts. The other party simply wrote, "I'm honest." During the dispute, the moderator said the evidence was insufficient and didn't even ask for additional evidence, but immediately ruled in favor of the other user. As a result, I lost both the gift card and the money.

I’m sharing my experience to warn others about this platform.
I recently completed a trade involving an Apple gift card. Before sending the card, I verified the balance and ensured it was valid. After delivering it, the buyer opened a dispute claiming the card was unusable. Despite providing my explanation and requesting a proper review of the timeline, the decision was made in favor of the buyer.
From my experience, the dispute process does not adequately protect sellers. Evidence such as timing and control of the card after delivery did not seem to be fully considered. This creates a situation where buyers can potentially misuse the system without accountability.
Because of this, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone looking to trade gift cards safely. Please be cautious and understand the risks before using it.
I will no longer be using this service.
