Very trouble site. never use it.

😰😰😰 I lost my USDT.

I deposited 204 USDT to sell.

but I could not create a trade with others.

they required me to verify my ID. so I submitted my ID card with Video.

after 30 mins they said:
"Here’s why: The selfie you submitted does not match the photo ID. Always submit a document with clear quality, all sides shown, and no flash covering anything."

so I contacted customer support but they have not still answered yet for 2 days.

finally I lost my money.

never use it.
