I had an amazing experience with Talon from Noorio’s customer support team. He went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot and resolve an issue with my door camera. His patience, knowledge, and dedication to making sure everything worked perfectly really stood out.

I’ve been using Noorio cameras for about two years now and the technology has been excellent and very reliable. Customer service like this just makes the experience even better.

I now have a £90 paper weight. I can't tell if it's the camera or app that doesn't work but you get the idea. The issue is Amazon falsely represents the cameras with fake reviews. These cameras fail, mine after 4 months. Avoid.

Save your money and mind! I have tried everything to help the camera work, but all I get is "failed to connect" then is the opportunity to "report" the problem. And you'll see a "reminder" it was reported successfully. They say they will solove(yep, their spelling, not mine) the problem ASAP. Pure garbage. Light bulb cameras and $30 Live Well brand cameras far exceed the performance of this ball of trash

Cameras have been fairly good. They are in fact easy to setup and do their job fairly well. If there are wasps/insects or leaves they will set off intruder notifications constantly, even if set to "person" mode and not just "motion". However, it was a good solution for me and easy to install the many cameras I purchased all around our very large, two-storey home.
App WAS OK. Many times event videos wouldn't open/play but was functional. I was able to speak to delivery drivers through the app when they were about to leave after I didn't open the door within seconds of their ringing my doorbell on more than one occasion which was a great function. But now, full screen ads and videos/apps open over the screen every time the app is opened forcing you to purchase an "ad-free" subscription to use the app without these constant pop-ups. The ads make using the Noorio app a nightmare now. After spending $1000 on Noorio cameras for our huge house this is disgusting and unacceptable. I wish I had bought a different brand. They want to charge hundreds a month for iCloud storage for the video the cameras take. You don't have to do this (YET, give them time!), so that's OK. But pay for ad removal so app works? NO!!!

I was impressed with the camera (B210), so much so i purchased another one, this one however stopped working, so after contacting Noorio on the 25th of March 2024 to seek an exchange camera, they have since have asked me to send video of it NOT working or resetting, i have now done this twice, i have supplied all the info they need and i'm still waiting on a replacement, I`m continually going around in circles supplying and re supplying video, address, order number etc. Great cameras but not a great experience if they fail. Hopefully a bad review will prompt positive action.

Very easy to set up I feel for what I'm using it for is fine, just recently bought the door bell again easy set up but is not integrated able with existing chime in the home and thay don't sell a chime so you can here it in the home so it's just another camera that looks like a door bell.

Tried it and it feels good. Unfortunately, I have recently had hip surgery and cannot utilize it fully at this time.

Noorio B210 Cam, Very Easy To Install, No Contract
I received a first class service all the way. I bought a B210 Security Cam, which was very easy too install, and quick to set up, about 5 minutes or so i am not techy, but found it easy. As for the Camera, i bought it for a bit of security and now, i found i feel safer. Why did i not buy it long ago. I fully recommend this Camera, it is a great price and the picture quality is very good, also the alarm. I bought a 128gb sd card, so plenty of space, ( make sure you get the correct sd for Noorio ) it will last a long long time, also if it comes to the end, it just writes over the old video's and carries on. No wiring, the battery lasts months before a charge, also no contract.
A " trusted and safe " seller, i will shop again. Just a update, i had a small problem and got in touch with Noorio, what a wonderful service i received. They were absolutely first class, friendly and good communication. All sorted no bother, really gold star service. Highly recommended.

Absolutely a waste of money. At first I thought oh how cool because they have all the right features but they go offline or quit working more than they actually work. I emailed the tech support and I got a response that appeared automated with a copy of their installation manual. Well no kiddin, I told them in the email I’d tried that stuff. Very disappointed because I bought 4 of them. Three of them have to be reset again today…but I’m definitely shopping for a different brand.

This is a perfect wireless security camera. It provides two installation accessories. It is very convenient to install with a magnetic bracket, and it has two-way talk and good picture quality. I used it for a week, consuming about 5% of the battery. If I set up a custom area, it should save more power. Highly recommend this brand!
