I ordered an Arabic necklace a while ago for Eid. I was told it would arrive in time, however it didn’t. When I asked them for a refund I was told they couldn’t give me one so I had to go through the bank. I recently recieved the item and the necklace wasn’t even in Arabic. Poor delivery service
Placed my order on 14th June for gift purposes for families going back home. Today (20/06/26) writing this review, I am still waiting to receive anything. Very disappointed. The website is advertising that they're closing down soon so I probably won't be able to make any returns even if I wanted to.
