I ordered 2 personalised necklace since it was on close down sale. After more than 2 weeks waiting I received the order. Sadly, I received wrong order. It wasn’t personalised our names. Another thing, it didn’t have a good quality as it was advertised on their website. It’s a poor material. I emailed the customer service to ask for a full refund since I received the wrong order. But she offered a partial refund only. I asked for a full refund again and return address but she didn’t get back to me. As a customer I have a right to get a full refund since they sent the wrong order. It’s so horrible experience. So I have lost my money. Please don’t waste your money and energy dealing with them!

Drop shipping scam
Misleading information which is illegal. Items stated as handmade in London but they are actually drop shipped from China. I never received my order and the customer service has been shockingly bad with automated responses and no help. I’ll be claiming for an chargeback and reporting to the authorities. Avoid.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. Had to send multiple e-mails regarding my order. After one month it finally arrived. However, items are clearly not handmade nor 18k gold. It states steel and honestly looks very cheap. In addition the website stated handmade jewel with the business UK based, yet the order came from a manufacturer in China. I do not recommend and honestly feel really sad that this company lies, whilst clearly selling items in name of Iman.

Terrible quality, service and the blatant dishonesty
Palestine map bracelet review;
Firstly i bought the item believing it was handmade in the UK however tracking showed it to be coming from China.
Customer service reassured me that it was not made in China.
Within weeks one part of the bracelet began to discolour and now the entire bracelet looks like cheap tac.
The bracelet has also broken making it useless.
Quality zero
Appearance good for around 2 weeks and that is it.
Terrible quality, service and the blatant dishonesty is disgusting.
I do not want a replacement.
I want my money back!

Sadly similar experience to some other reviewers. I also purchased multiple items for gifts in the current closing down sale (?) , they advised at point of sale items would arrive within a few day however they arrived much later and too late for the intended purpose. They would not allow me to return and refund, instead offered a partial refund by way of apology which I accepted (no alternative option) Despite chasing multiple times this still hasn't materialised. Hopefully they will honour their promise at some stage and I can reflect that on here. Its rather concerning that none of the statements made about the lack of authenticity in the Noor Qalb story or its products have been properly responded to?!?

The items were shipped from China and…
The items were shipped from China and after checking them with my jeweller, they were not 24k plated and the quality was very poor. Temu has the identical items for £3.00 each. No prizes for guessing Noor Qalb is ordering from there seller there and branding it, possibly paying £1.50 each for them and charging us a bare minimum of £20 each.
What a way to get rich, I’ll try it too and order and create a site with some of these but I’ll only charge £5 an item.

I bought two necklaces from this…
I bought two necklaces from this company, and their unique selling point was the fact that they would provide the necklaces with the names I wanted, and in Arabic. I thought they would make nice presents for the two ladies in my life. I ordered them, and then waited, and then I waited some more, and kept on waiting for over two weeks, until they finally arrived. Gave the first one, and it was brought to my attention that they had misspelled the name in Arabic. I complained, and haven't heard anything back at all. The second one seems alright, but what confused me was label on the necklaces that says stainless steel, and not 18 carat plated.
Update. The only reason I posted this review, is due to the fact that I have already emailed you, and haven't had a response.

Read this, my experience has been awful
Placed an order on 23rd June. Received item on 6th July. It came from China and they talk about quality control and high sales volumes as being the reason for delay as well as using various couriers, not sure you need to go that far for a courier.. The necklace came broken so they couldn't have done any quality checks unless they used a blind person for it, no offence to the blind of course. I took pics and emailed them but not been 24hours yet so a reply may come still. This company is marketing itself as some high quality and high class outfit but Im sure they send the order via China. Anyway I'm no detective but I know bullshit when I smell it and I sure do smell something from this company. Not looking for a refund or replacement. Just detailing my experience for others.

No Shipping, No Updates, No Response
I placed an order with Noor Qalb on 19 June and, to date, I have received neither my order nor any shipping information.
I have sent three emails and also contacted the company through the website, yet I have received no response whatsoever. After reading the large number of similar negative reviews, it seems that leaving a public review is the only way to get any response.
Please don't respond by telling me to email the same address you've posted under every other negative review—I have already done that multiple times without any acknowledgement.
At this stage, I expect either:
A prompt update with confirmed shipping details and a realistic delivery date, or a full refund.
Good customer service starts with communication. Delays can happen, but ignoring customers who have already paid is unacceptable. If you are unable to manage orders and customer enquiries properly, you should reconsider whether you're ready to run an online business.

I would strongly advise avoiding Noor Qalb. My order took an incredibly long time to arrive, with little to no communication throughout the process. When it finally arrived, the quality was extremely disappointing for the price I paid. The item felt very flimsy and nowhere near what I expected. Though as if it has been shipped from TEMU.
I emailed customer support regarding my concern after realising that this site seems to be fraudulent and scamming people by using AI pictures and videos. The lack of customer service after taking payment is unacceptable.
One thing that particularly disappointed me was the way the company promotes helping Palestine while, in my experience, failing to provide even basic customer service or quality products. It felt like that message was being used to encourage people to buy, but my experience did not live up to those claims.
I've also noticed the website has been saying it's "closing down" for a long time, yet it continues to operate with the same messaging. That made the marketing feel misleading.
Overall, based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from Noor Qalb. I found the service unreliable, the product poor quality, and the complete lack of communication left me feeling misled.

I had no communication from the shop when trying to track my order. The site says the jewellery is mainly 18k gold. My jewellery arrived all labelled up as stainless steel!
Not to mention the Arabic for my name was different from what was advertised on the site and thus my name has been written wrongly on my bracelet and necklace!
