Run! This company is garbage and quite scammers type.
They were postponing delivery due to ordered products missing, always with the excuse the product will be available next week. And note these products shows stock available on their website, and that's why I bought them as I was in a rush. I was waiting more than 1 month with this 'next week' availability lies until I decide to cancel the item which was delaying the delivery and ask them to send the order with available items ASAP. They yet took more than week to dispatch the package after my decision and request by email.
If this was not enough, the order came with a rope with less 40% meters than the length I've ordered. 40%! I'm not talking about cms or even 1 or 2 meters! I wrote them again and they assume they have not enough rope length at that time but they yet decided to send what they have instead of contacting me in advance asking if I still want the rope. This rope became useless to me as it was shorter than what I need. I ask for a refund and I'm still waiting fort it, 32 months later.

Resuming, this is a bunch of scammers. Both attitudes:
1. lying compulsively regarding the restock date
2. sending ropes with 40% less meters than the ones ortderes saying nothing
is a scammers behaviour. They are compulsory burglars.
I understand why they don't have PayPal payment... people will request refund imediatly upon these behaviours and of course, PayPal will refund as this is clearly a burglars behaviour.

UPDATE 10/09 - IN ANSWER: I would like to be vulgar but I restrain myself.

I can assure you that the paddle received no impact and was never used other than for paddling. I still maintain that you are OBVIOUS!

LOW ASSISTANCE!!! INDECENT! OBSCIOUS! About 1 year ago I bought an Aztron Rebel fibreglass paddle that has been used at most a dozen times and treated with care and attention. On the umpteenth use, the centre piece broke cleanly in two while I was paddling and not using it improperly!
I contacted the service department twice, but both times I was told that I had used it improperly, otherwise it wouldn't have broken and so I was not covered by the warranty.
From my experience I would say that buying from them is a risk.

PESSIMA l'ASSISTENZA!!! INDECENTE! OTTUSI! Circa 1 anno fa ho comprato una pagaia Aztron Rebel in fibra di vetro che è stata usata al massimo una decina di volte e trattata con cura e attenzione. All'ennesiomo utilizzo il pezzo centrale, si è spezzato in due di netto mentre stavo pagaiando e non usandola in modo improprio!
Contattato l'assistenza per ben due volte ma in entrambe le volte mi sono sentito rispondere che l'ho usata in modo improprio altrimenti non si sarebbe spezzata e quindi non mi riconoscono la garanzia.
Dalla mia esperienza direi che comprare da loro è un riscio.

Fast shipment and all ok

After placing an order, I read lots of bad reviews and I got afraid about my order. I am instead pleased to say I have got my order quickly (5 days). I read on LinkedIn that Nootica has very recently implemented a new ERP system, which makes me suppose they are improving a lot their customer service and operations. Good luck Nootica, you have made another client happy.

Terrible terrible. They continue to not answer any of my questions. They are doing nothing to resolve problems caused by them. I really advice all not to use nootica.
