I’ve ordered from Nooz before and have been happy until my latest order. They sent the wrong order and accused me of lying and insisted that they sent the correct order. I told them the stickers that show that the lenses were multi focal was only on one of the glasses and when I tried them on, I could tell that they were single vision as I could only see 3 feet ahead until everything went blurry. Obviously reading prescription only. The other pair in the order was correct. When I contacted support, they insisted that I was wrong and that the only way i would get another pair is if I returned the pair to prove they were incorrect. So because of your mistake, I now have to return ship the glasses to have them replaced. You need to learn better customer service, especially when you have, or had should I say a loyal customer. Do better.

Since I discovered NOOZ a few years ago, I’ve ordered the original (a couple of times), sunglasses and now the new driving glasses. They are light, comfortable and beautiful. I love them all!

Best glasses I’ve had or reading and mid distance. They are well-made and comfortable. However… The case should come lined with some felt where the lenses rub against the hard plastic. I had my first pair wear out in a matter of months, but you guys replaced them quickly. I now use a cleaner cloth to line the case so the lenses don’t scratch. The design of the case is great as it’s hard and it fits in a front pocket. It just needs a little more protection for the lenses.

I've tried a couple of more progressive reading glasses but this one is the best and budget friendly.

These are well made, good quality glasses.. lovely design, innovative strong frame and hinges. Perfect for an active lifestyle. Fast, easy to navigate website and quick, well packaged delivery from France. Nice neoteric company to deal with.

Things don't always go as planned. But communication and action through the customer service department is second to none. Really clear and effective automated email responses followed up by a service advisor within 24 hours. Really pleased with the recovery from this hiccup. I have full confidence in buying more products from Nooz.

Multi distance glasses are not focused and the vision is blurred. Reading glasses are very nice!

This was the second pair of multi focal glasses I purchased from Nooz. The quality and clarity is so much better than other brands that I tried. They don’t look like cheap readers and are stylish and functional. Well worth the price.

I had been seeing the postings on FB for a while before I decided to make a purchase. I finally did it. It was easy to order. My purchase arrived in a timely fashion. Once I received my glasses, I knew I should have ordered them sooner. They are exactly what you see. The are extremely light and comfortable. They do a great job protecting against the sun. Clear website and delivery process. Found the bifocals sturdy, comfortable, stylish and love the case. Have been wearing them a lot and worth every penny.

problems with delivery, 15 days have passed since the order and I have not received the product even though I paid for DHL, it arrives with the Posta. I no longer want the product from them, I am waiting for them to refund my money.
