In all honesty if there was a minus one I would have to put that at these people are scammers, not sure if the lady in the advert realises that it’s her being used wearing a cashmere sweater as when they arrived clearly not as advertised and left a label in one saying 95%polyester and 5%elastaine I asked for a refund and was told due to mother and daughter closing down sale no refund would be given. I hope people read this before they buy as I have said before it is a SCAM

I am only rating this company a 1 star because there is no zero. I bought two cashmere jumpers in their "supposed" closing down sale more than six months ago. What arrived was badly made polyester completely different in style to what was pictured on the website. They refused to allow me to return the goods and after much haggling agreed to a 60% refund which I have never seen. Do not go near

I keep sending emails to return the item but all they do is keep asking for the order no which I have supplied several times but will not give me return address for a full refund as quoted on their web site do not order from this company

I did not receive the product I ordered. I ordered a cashmere jumper and what I received was 95% polyester and 5% elastaine. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I asked to return it but because it was a sale item, they would not accept the return. All their items are on sale, so basically, they do not accept returns. It also states in the email I received that this is, unsurprisingly, their Closing Sale. They just offered me additional discount off another product but why would I ever buy from them again?

This is not an English company. If I could give zero I would. Items not as described. No labels at all in cardigan which was very obviously not cashmere.
The coat was 2 sizes too small even though it looked very roomy on the model. Also very poor fabric.
They will not refund as they say it is a closing down sale and it was noted in the terms and conditions. Silly me I thought if a product is not as described they would have to refund.
Lesson learned. Just because a website has a padlock does not mean you will be treated fairly.

Trustpilot remove this company they are scammers

This company advertises as a London based company. I can find no record of it in London. When I ordered from them and received a tracking code it soon became obvious that they are a Chinese company. When my order arrived (a pair of boots for my Wife) they were obviously not the quality suggested in the advert(£330 reduced to just over £60) really only worth £20 to £30. They were also on the small side so I emailed to ask to return them as advertised. They replied that as they were closing down, they could not accept returns but offered me a discount on buying something else.
I don't know who the two ladies pictured in the advert are, but I doubt they even know their pictures are being used.
Another Chinese company scamming British customers.

Having received the wrong item, I asked for a return form. I was told that as they were closing down they do not accept returns or give refunds.
This company is nothing but a scam.

This company claims they are British, they are Chinese, the goods I ordered were nothing like the advert, sub standard, rubbish, no labels whatsoever, do not waste your money it’s a scam
