I ordered the Norastyler and case in NOVEMBER as a Christmas gift - it never arrived. I contacted the company no less than 6 times and each time was told "it's on it's way" - however according the tracking at sat in one spot and is still there to this day. They continued to respond to me UNTIL I requested a refund. That started a month ago (mid December) now it's crickets! I have filed a BBB complaint, disputed the transaction with my bank and will make it my mission to blast this company wherever I can UNTIL I get a refund. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT order from them. I can't say that it is a scam but it is BAD business and I do not recommend wasting your time.

Total scam, never received my order, had to dispute charges with my credit card company.

I ordered my products on December 2nd. It is Jan 14th and I still do not have anything... Tracking numbers don't work anymore. No one gets back to me.

Ordered over 3 week ago. No tracking information provided. Emailed 2 separate times and only got an automated email once. Ordered for a Christmas gift for someone now I’m going to have to purchase a replacement gift. Regret not paying the extra money and buying a Shark or Dyson we all know those are legitimate businesses that value their customers unlike Norastyler. I’m going to request a refund from my bank and report this business as a scam. DO NOT purchase anything from this company. It’s a SCAM!!!

I ordered this product not thinking it was good as they said. It’s even better!!! Go grab you one. You will not be disappointed.

I love the product so far :) took me a minute to understand the curling feature but now that I do, I’m amazed:)

Just received mine yesterday in the mail. Was very easy to understand and use the parts, and my blowout looked great! I’m excited to continue using it as a daily hair routine.

Used the Nora styler 1 time and love it so far my hair is fuller and feels soft

Honestly the shittiest product I have EVER come across. It got burnt up so soon and although they offer two years of warranty, they blocked me from all places I tried to reach them. The quality of product is crass and so is their customer service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST IT.

I used it for the first time getting ready for work, I didnt give myself enough ti.e to finish but I'm impressed with what I did get to do.

Disreputable company that scams its customers. Its incredibly low-quality products are shipped from China and take several weeks to arrive. The product we ordered was of such poor quality that you would expect to find improvements at the local closeout store. We attempted to return the product and followed the return instructions on the norastyler.com website, but no one ever responded to our repeated outreach. This company is a scam house - avoid at all costs.

Fraud terms. I sent back two stylers and they said they could give me a refund for them. I gave them copies of the $30 I spent on postage. It has now been 3 months and when I write them they say it is being turned over to "our team". I never hear back from them. So I wasted a total of $180. I would never do any business with them. NEVER NEVER

I would rate less than 1 star if possible. Ordered this for a Christmas gift 12/5 never arrived the tracking status never updated. Customer service only replies to my emails with a generic response saying they will respond in 24hours and never do. Asked for a refund never received refund or product for over a month! My only complaint is the delivery took so long. My daughter is so very excited about the product and how it works and the durability of it overall very pleased.

This company was terrible to order from. They never disclosed the styler was shipping from outside the country and would be grossly delayed, almost one month. When I repeatedly requested a valid tracking number and which carrier, I was assured it was being taken care of. The tracking number was invalid with every US carrier. The only way I was able to see any tracking updates was through their website.
In my last attempt to get any info, I informed them that I would be reporting to the BBB and disputing charges with my bank.
Eventually my order did arrive…….but unfortunately, I absolutely hate this styler. It is made of cheap plastic. I’m actually concerned the locks for the different attachments are going to break. I ordered my daughter a similar item through Amazon for $20 less than I spent on mine and it is ceramic, not plastic, a carrying bag is included and there’s an extra and larger round brush.
I really wish I’d done my research. If I had, I wouldn’t be stuck with this pile of junk.

Same as other reviews here. We ordered mid-December and after multiple email notifications saying our order had been shipped, when we click on track shipment, it says there are no details and order has not been shipped. We have sent multiple emails requesting status information but only receive automated replies saying they will reply within 24 hours - BUT NOTHING AFTER THAT.

What a horrible customer service and wondering how they’re in business. Regretting this purchase and wish we had gone with another brand. UGGGG
