If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a book and specifically opted out of all add ons and they still charged me a monthly fee. When I contacted them they refused a refund and were extremely unhelpful and rude. Beware of this company its a scam.

I bought a book for my sister for last Christmas (2025), then find out that I have been paying 42.49/month for an app I never agreed to using or downloading. Absolutely would not recommend the business practices of this company. What a bogus racket. There is no option to refuse the app. I would have never agreed to it.
