I really enjoyed my personal advising session with Jonas. He was really nice and explained a lot about the overall Swedish system to me since I am not Swedish and had a lot of questions. I felt really comfortable to ask any question I had and feel I got really great and un-biased advice. Thanks!

Hedvig is quite resourceful and has very good knowledge on advainas products and gave good insight on pension process.

It was really helpful. Simon was easy to talk to and entertained all my questions. I was especially impressed that he'd taken the time to research international pensions before the meeting. That info will help me work out what to do about that. I got good info that helped me understand the autopilot properly, as well as (extra) savings advice. I also appreciated that the info was just facts delivered simply. There was no hard sell, which can sometimes be off-putting. That meant I felt more comfortable choosing what made sense for me.

The team is easy to get hold of, knowledgeable about their products, and are focused on creating solutions rather than pushing sales.

Jonas provided an excellent overview of pension plans and insurances. Thoughtful, articulate and very helpful. Jonas clearly explained the Swedish pension system, which is the first time we've been able to completely understand it since we moved here. He made extra efforts to find us some very specific info/resources as US Citizens. We are really grateful and feel more confident about moving forward with our retirement plans.

I would say that the session was helpful, but I would like to share a couple of ideas on improvement: 1. understand how we can start using those benefits (financial planning, health, etc.) - how do we actually log in to the platform?
2. having a 10 minute reserved to answer questions and then collecting answers to all of the questions

30 minutes is not enough. Go into more detail on each topic from euro accident. Try to give more examples of how the insurance works and try to present situation in which the app will not work and what to do then. Always keep in mind that most of the viewers are not Swedish so they have no idea about anything.
