Ordered on June 12, did not receive the product, they promised a refund (several mails have been sent). Now in August 15, still no product nor a refund! SCANDALOUS!!!!!!!

SCAM
Placed the order for Dyson airwrap on June 4. First of many excuses followed that the product needed to come in from Dubai and delivery would be in 10 days. Received an e-mail from DHL that the parcel was with DHL, however no sign of the product. Nordern came up again with excuses that DHL was slow etc. When I left a review on Trustpilot to say I was not satisfied with the service, Nordern cancelled the order as they did not wish to longer deliver the product to a dissatisfied customer harming the company with a 1 star review.... A refund was guaranteed within 12 business days on July 6 via email. No refund ever since and again and again excuses that their payment provider was slow etc. Long story short: Do not order from this company, you will never receive your product nor your refund, big SCAM!
