One suggestion: The boxes you used for your watches a few years ago were very well designed, with soft felt and velvet inserts and the presentation was extraordinary when we received our new watches.
The box I received last week with my new watch, was very small, made of flimsy cardboard all over, inside and out, really cheap looking and very disappointing.
This is a delicate piece of jewelry and needs to be presented in an outstanding beautiful box, like you did before.
The box and presentation scream the good name of your company and the good quality of your product.
NORDGREEN is a very good company. The box of your product is the customer's First Impression.
Go back to a beautiful looking presentation box.

Considering it was sent from Denmark it arrived very promptly and well packaged. A beautiful watch - very pleased with it.

The watch is of good quality. The dial and aesthetics are perfect. The seconds hand is unique. The Miyota movement is well-known and of good quality. The strap is also good quality. It's just a tiny bit too small, and there wasn't an extra link in the box. I would have liked to know where this watch is made. Even if it's in China, it's not a big deal, but I would have appreciated having that information. Excellent value for money.

The watch is beautiful, although it can be a little hard to read the hands in certain light conditions. Also you should advise U.S.A. customers of the extra customs fees that were added at the time of delivery.

I searched for a quality nickel-free, hypoallergenic wrist watch as a gift for a relative, and I found Nordgreen online. The watches looked impressive on their website, and the one I ordered turned out to be a beautiful product. It was on sale at a good price as well. I placed the order on a Tuesday evening, and it arrived from Denmark to Canada by Friday morning, in perfect condition, and is now being worn daily by my relative, who is very pleased with her new timepiece. I have no hesitation in recommending Nordgreen to anyone searching for a quality hypoallergenic wrist watch.

This was not a new watch - it was a new leather strap for my wife's Nordgreen watch.
Her first strap beacme frayed at the edges and had to be trimmed with a knife every week.
This was disappointing as the strap was only used for 6 months in the year (the material strap used in hot weather) and only used in an office environment in office clothes.
I had expected better quality from an expensive product but then again the actual watch is losing it's colour and finish on the case .
Nice marketing and photos for what is basically a low quality Chinese product....

Was never told that I had to pay tariffs when having an item shipped to America. I understand what president trump is doing, but giving an American the heads up would be the right thing to do. No notice at all.

The refund process was very difficult and I got several AI-answers before my message got through. The refund could not be made to the credit card and was difficult to process. I had to ask two times for a return label.

Great customer service for a beautiful product

Good looking watch with high quality. Find it difficult to read in low light, my choice of colour I guess, but if the hands were lighter in colour it would bf my perfect choice.

The watch broke within the 12 month guarantee period. The small knob on the side of the watch sheared off, so I could not adjust the time. I considered this to by flimsy manufacturing - this should not have happened to a new watch. I would not buy again.

My watch arrived promptly and was exactly as shown in the photos. I don't wear it every day because it is such an attractive watch. Instead, it is worn on special occasions.
It is a very sleek and attractive watch.

My experience wasnt to great as the first watch i ordered was faulty, the team were great and I received a replacement watch. However after a short period of time, the replacement watch also became faulty. I them received a third watch which I have had now for 2 years. I have had to replace the battery serveral times but the watch continually reads the wrong time after a few weeks.
Would not buy again

Easy website to navigate and lots of choice of watch styles to choose from. This was my second purchase- love both my watches and good choice of straps too. Bought when on offer so got a good deal.

Great looking watch that keeps fantastic time. In the 12 months that I've had it I've only had to adjust it for daylight saving times.
