Not Following Return Policy
I got my package which apparently was with wrong characteristics and I decided to return it. I wrote one email, then a second one, then I decided to fill in their form on the page. Still no answer.
Based on their Return Policies, they state you need to send an email before proceeding to return procedure. Therefore, I just end up having wrong charger and no answer from them.
I will check next time TrustPilot before ordering from anywhere again....
