Asking customer to cover return shipping for refund

I recieved a face oil that had barely any product in it. I contacted Nordic feel and it took 5 days or so to get a response to send a photo, I did. More back and forth. When I told them I had since gone to the US, they told me I personally would need to pay to post back the product. I asked why would I pay my own money when a faulty product was sent and this has now been going on for over 2.5 weeks.

the price for skin rinse was 348 the i order 2 and one mask i get 10 /% rabbat code everything was good the moment when i pay i did so fasts i notice the price increase to 400 each and no have any rabbat , u text then they say no have rabbat in prices that already have rabbat i bought with the teal price no was something special and they took more money , and i told them i will gave back they wanna make me pay for that because they took more money incredible never again here

No customer service

Placed an order at 21:45. Realized shortly after I made a mistake and emailed them (no other way to contact them) the same day at 23:41 to cancel the order. Next day, receive an auto reply that they are busy due to the holidays, even though its not a holiday in Sweden. No one replies and they ship the product anyway. No service, just doing whatever they can to make a sale and hope the customer doesn't return the unwanted product or they can at least steal some money on shipping fees. Do not recommend this store, better to pay a bit more and go with a trusted company.

Refund

I bought a hair dye in December, but when I received it, I realized that I had bought the wrong shade number. I'm sending it back. And I got my money back only after 3 weeks - be aware that you will also be charged a return label - it's not for free in either direction.

I ordered some cosmetics online about month ago. I chose London nearest post office, as delivery address. Everything arrived as ordered which is a pretty fast delivery time. Aditionally, I want to mention that I also received a sample of Giorgio Armani perfumes. Packaging was quite eco-friendly which I apreciated. It was made of clean paper and cardboard, without any plastic. I'm plus, but if you need to take package home from pick-up point especially a large one, you may want consider relative fragility of such a cardboard package.

What else can I say? I'm sure I'll order more from this company.

I'm also very grateful that company rememdered my birthday and sent me a gift! I love these products, they are perfect for me, and delivery is quick
