Excellent service, great products for super good price!

They took several days to send the package, and use some carrier who also has taken several days, so it's almost been 2 weeks for a domestic package.. I'm okay with waiting a bit but this is ridiculous.

Be very careful before buying from this seller. Their product page contained misleading information, clearly showing two pieces in the photo and description, but I only received one. When I raised the issue, instead of resolving it professionally, their customer service was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional—even going so far as to accuse me without evidence.

Rather than acknowledging the mistake, they refused to take responsibility and treated me with disrespect. This is unacceptable for any serious business

Shiny hair but the clarifying shampoo caused me hairloss I am not joking, my scalp was starting to show at the front. Kept getting scabs too on my skin. Off it now and I can see hair growing back and getting denser again.

I wanted the missha bb cream and it’s seemingly not sold in store anymore. This website was recommended by price runner but I had never encountered it before so I was a little skeptic but, the price was so low so I decided to try anyway. The website is fast and efficient, cheap shipping and it arrived today in the mail packaged safely. Can recommend:)

Very bad experience. Especially with the customer service. I chose a wrong colour when placing my order, and i sent them an email if they could kindly send me the correct colour, within 1 min after i placed the order. I got a reply back 3 hours later that the order was already packaged and 5 hours later that they finally sent it.
I think being a little nicer to their customers would have been nicer.
Also, they charge postage fee even when placing a 500kr order.
Wont be ordering again. Prefer other merchants.
