Frozen Tirzepatide/B12 prescription

I just happened to look at my Tirzepatide/B12 compounded prescription before I got home from picking it up at Nordic Pharmacy. It was FROZEN. Everywhere I read, you are not supposed to freeze Compounded Tirzepatide/B12, ever. I wondered why my last 5 prescriptions filled were not effective at losing weight or calming the food noise, it was because the product was compromised by the method of freezing. I returned my prescription for a full refund. I will not ever return for a prescription from Nordic Pharmacy. BAC water may not be frozen nor can reconstituted Tirzepatide or vitamin B12. Only in the lypholized form may any peptide be frozen to maintain its structure and its stability.
"Freezing can irreversibly damage the peptide molecules, rendering the medication useless and potentially harmful. If your medication has been frozen, discard it safely."
