Lousy Customer service at first but.........

My order has not arrived - I have written two emails to Nordic Sculpt customer support regarding the order and zero reply. The order states a shipping from China that somehow gives no further information past 16th April, so who knows where the package is? Now according to the local carrier, it's stuck in customs, yet supposedly this is a German Nordic company, but the product is Chinese? Had I known that it was from China, I would not have ordered as products never seem to arrive...The carrier hasn't contacted me for the customs clearance at present. I am looking for a refund asap and some explanation - Free shipping? Free headache more like and no product.

UPDATED: After writing this review, customer services picked up and replied to me via email. The product arrived, and now I am trying to find instructions on how best to use as none are included. Will further update on results in one month. Best thing so far is the waisttrainer that works a treat and helps posture!!!
