Nice website and easy to place order. I've ordered three times and love all their high quality socks. My family loves their thicker wool socks for fall and winter. And, we absolutely love their wool hiking socks year round!

Socks are thick and cushy. No shrinkage when washed. Very comfy

Got some socks and they do look and feel nice at first.
But one of the socks, under normal use, got a hole in the heels in two months.
Surely not what I expected. So, beware. Quality really doesn't seem to be a strength in this brand.

I've ordered from Nordic Socks several times and always been happy with the product and the quality. My last order was for a set of socks in a specific style and colors that I didn't already have. I received the wrong set of socks from them but Nordic Socks really came through for me, offering to let me keep the socks I received and giving me several options including a replacement, sending me the set I wanted when available, or a full refund. I gave the socks I didn't want to my DIL and Nordic replaced the set I originally ordered, so both of us were happy,

NORDIC SOCKS....DON"T BUY! Fourth time ordering from NORDIC SOCKS but NEVER AGAIN! I ordered a 5-pack of patterned wool socks. First pair I put on had a hole in the toe the first time I wore them. Contacted Nordic Socks Customer Care. THEY ADMITTED THERE WAS A MANUFACTURING FLAW. I asked for a replacement for the pair. REFUSED. I Offered to purchase three pairs and pay for two. THEY REFUSED. I asked to communicate with a supervisor. REFUSED. I asked to return the entire bundle as the only pair worn were the damaged pair. REFUSED again. The quality is obviously at issue now and has deteriorated with their latest stock. And its obvious they couldn't care less about giving any satisfaction to a repeat customer. Rude responses. NIGHTMARE. DON'T BUY!!

I had one pair blow out the toe the first time I wore it and customer service instantly refunded my money for that pair. Shipping is fast and they take responsibility. That's a winner in my book.

These are the finest socks i have ever worn. They feel amazingly soft inside trainers and they look great. i am a big fan.

Very comfy socks. they arrived swiftly. sadly the wrong order though but this issue was resolved relatively quickly and to the satisfaction of all concerned. sad that the merino wool socks were only 40% merino wool though. still comfy none the less. also sad that when washed they distribute fluff on any other clothes put in with them. this really shows up on black clothes if the socks have any white in them.

I love Nordic Socks! It's been my go-to brand for two years since I found this company. Well made, comfortable socks. Never going back to any other socks again.

I bought a pack of the traditional thick socks a few years ago and they were so wonderful in the cold Minnesota winters, I then bought some of the shorter hiking socks. I do home remodeling and they are perfect under my Keen utility shoes. They so tend to suck up all the stray cat hair on the floor

This is my second time around and if it wasn't a good out come i would let you know so to sum it up with one word excellent 👍👍👍👍

Low quality, high amount of plastic content. Expected better quality. Will refund but only if I send around the world at my own expense.

Received a faulty pair of socks which the company refused to replace. Very disappointing customer service.

I'd ordered socks from Nordic Socks before and was pleased with the experience, so I had no hesitations about ordering again. I won't bore anyone here with the details, but they got my order completely wrong. Instead of 20 pairs of socks I ordered, they only delivered 10 and proportionally charged me almost double what I was meant to pay. I figured it was an error that they would quickly fix and immediately provide all relevant documentation. It's now been 2 weeks, and I've yet to hear back from anyone addressing the problem. I've sent a 4th email today and am now ready to escalate with my bank. I'm not sure if they're struggling, but I will definitely not be ordering from them again. Very disappointed with their customer service and inability to address the issue, much less resolve it. I would not recommend buying from this company. Their offers turn into a scam given what they potentially deliver.
