The product itself is ok but
The product itself is ok. The 1 star is for the website. When ordering online, no confirmation if payment has been accepted, no confirmation if order is on its way. It will just say pending order all throughout. No way of knowing when delivery will be made. Also the promo code stated in the website is non existent. I have been ordering twice and there are no promo codes to be seen. I have reached out to them and still haven't got an answer.

Hello,
I would like to raise a concern regarding the free sample I have yet to receive. The delivery riders have repeatedly given various reasons for not completing the delivery. One of them even claimed that he came by but no one was home — which is untrue, as I was waiting outside and even sent a text message asking for the estimated delivery time. Suddenly, I just received a message saying that no one was answering, which is impossible since I was there the whole time.
Another driver mentioned that it was raining heavily and asked to reschedule the delivery. I understood and agreed, but despite waiting patiently, I still haven’t received the item until now.
It’s quite disappointing that something as simple as a sample delivery has become this difficult. I hope you can kindly look into this matter and assist in ensuring I finally receive the item.

mmmmm, i should say that so far the four available flavors are all good and specific to what a person likes, for me fresh frost, and pink citrine are really good, and the other two flavors ive tried and can still say good, but just not for me.
